★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys did a fantastic job on my 17 year old Celica. Rear hatch gas struts needed changing and were seized in place so took loads of extra effort. All fixed on the spot using my own replacements. Really happy with the on the spot response to an English speaking only customer. My sign language is coming on leaps and bounds. Great work C & K. I highly recommend you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a new car from them 2 years ago, and went there few times for regular service and reparation.
as past customer, can say the following :
- the sales service stuff is somehow nice. But I remember when I wanted to buy a car from them first, they even hesitated to let me at least drive the car first !!! (more than 1/2 million worth).
-Once I expected a replacement car but instead they send me to some kind of contractor in the other side of Brno.
2 years after. they became more reluctant when I wanted to sell them the car.
-About the service, well, one guy was nice to me (one of the three) otherwise their head of stuff isn't the friendly guy.
I didn't met the mechanic guys but I would say they are rather professionals.
I wouldn't give them 5 stars definitely.
the 4 stars are more for the brand that stays one of the most reliable in the market.
