★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis je na 4- 5 hvězd, ale hodnotím prodej. ...Prodejce Fiat se mi nevěnoval. Měl tam někoho interního, tak asistentka požádala ať chvíli počkám. Interní člověk odešel a já čekal a čekal a po 20 minutách jsem to nedal...sorry.jako...ještě že můžu koupit auto jinde.
The service is for 4-5 stars, but I evaluate the sale. ... The Fiat dealer didn't pay attention to me. He had someone internal there, so the assistant asked me to wait a while. The internal person left and I waited and waited and after 20 minutes I didn't give it up ... sorry. Like ... I can buy a car elsewhere.

They accepted to change parts several times under warranty without negotiation on my Jeep Renegade.
Point to improve:
-Change the broken waiting chairs for the customers, zip tie are great but not to repair chair ;)
-Propose to customer if they will need a car for the day.
