★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednával jsem věci z eshopu s vyzvednutím na této pobočce, vše velmi rychle zorganizované, a že potřebuji abych se stavil tentýž den. Na pobočce panoval chaos a nikdo nevěděl, co se děje.
Poté v případě reklamace/výměny nekompatibilního dílů mne nevyšli vstříc. Po telefonu mne poslali pryč a na email neodpověděli.
Hrozný přístup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do servisu jsem přišel kvůli opravě po nehodě hrazené pojišťovnou. Servis se mnou komunikoval otevřeně a na rovinu. Oprava proběhla rychleji než v původně avizovaném termínu a vše bylo velice dobře komunikováno a i technici byli velmi ochotní a vstřícní.
Servis proto jednoznačně doporučuji!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K servisu me nahodou hodinu pred zavirackou dovedl fak, ze se mi uvolnil spodni kryt motoru a drel o silnici. Potreboval jsem ho odmontovat, v asi trech autodilnach to z ruznych duvodu neslo, ale tady mi ochotne a rychle pomohli. Pratelsky pan jak na prijmu zakazek, tak panove na dilne. Mockrat dekuji a preju vam hodne uspechu a spokojenych klientu!
