★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really liked renting the car with BSAUTO, no pushing expensive insurances, no bureaucracy, no tricks, no surprises, new cars, flexible times to pick up and return the car without charging you more for it and great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend to buy used car from this car seller as they do not fulfil their obligations from sale contract regarding the guarantee which is granted for 12 months, I bought a car here in September 2017 and the speedometer started dysfunction in three weeks after the sale. I called the place and had to drive to see them two times and finally I got response from the Sales man (I was told it was given to him by lawyer) that I came late which is not true (I called the company four days after I found the dysfunction)and above all there is no time frame set in the agreement except for 12 months guarantee. I was lucky that my car was very cheap 70 ths. CZK and it was cheap to fix this problem,Nevertheless, if this authorised car dealer can not fix such a trivial small problem, I do not recommend to buy any expensive car here, or if you do, prepare extra money and time to get a lawyer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and overall atmosphere. The car is always noticeably much better after the maintenance in Bsauto.
First special thanks to Mr. Petr Bilansky. Every time I deal with him he goes above and beyond to solve my issue. He also always helps me with translation which I appreciate so much.
Second major thanks to Mr. Daniel Krais for hearing my complaint and taking action to resolve my issue. I had already 2 diagnostics done by Bsauto and the technicians were unable to find the source of a noise in my new car which made me extremely frustrated. This time, fortunately Mr. Krais was assigned to my car’s regular service. I told him about the noise as well. He took it very seriously, eventually figured out the reason and fixed it so fast??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I edited my last review regarding a misunderstanding with some customer representatives regarding behaviour with me, but I want to thank Mr.Michalica the manager who took necessary steps two remediate the situation.
He was so professional on resolving that conflict and gives to me a spare car while resolving the issue on my car.
Again thanks Mr.Michalica and Mr.Jacub Wolf.
To show that I was satisfied by their services, I brought a freind with me to the showroom to choose a car.
