D	David Cibera on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V utery jsem tam dal auto na opravu prevodovky(po predchozi tel domluve jsem byl objednan na utwry) a bylo mi receno ze do konce tydne se mi ozve co a jak.Nikdo se neozval.Nasledujici tyden ve stredu jsem tam jel osobne se zeptat co se deje a vymkouval se ze je tam sam a nestiha ale ze do patku se urcite ozve.Opet se nikdo neozval.Na dalsi tyden jsem tam opet jel a mel jsem konecne radost kdyz mi sdelil ze za chvili vynda auto z dilny a da tam to moje.Super,,cekal jsem zas do konce tydne co mi rekne ale zase nic.Dnes v pondeli jsem to uz s nimi nevydrzel a pro auto jsem si jel.Kdyz jsem dorazil tak koukam na sve auto jak stoji tam kde bylo a tak mu rikam-koukam ze se auto ani nehlo z mista.Odpoved byla stroha,,,JESTE JSEM SE K TOMU NEDOSTAL.Rekl jsem mu at mi vtati klice a tp a auto si radeji odvezl a dam ho opravit jinam.Nikomu tento servis NEDOPORUCUJI !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! š	šárka valešková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatně odvedena práce. Ve dvou případech nespokojenost. Při pokusu o reklamaci dílu pouze výmluvy. Uz nikdy více. Fachmani k pohledani. Po měsíci vam auto, které jste tam dal s 2 zavadama vrátí z 8 a jeste za to chtějí zaplatit. Nedoporucuju nikomu. Work poorly done. In two cases dissatisfaction. When trying to claim a work only excuses. Nevermore. Fachmans to look at. After a month, the car you put there with 2 glitches will return from 8 and still want to pay for it. I don't recommend anyone.
R	Radek Horcicka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor! Toto si asi málokdo zjištuje před návštěvou emisní stanice. Opakované měření emisí zde za plnou platbu ( cca 800,- Kč), jako první. U jiných emisních stanic v ČR opakované měřerní většinou zdarma až 300,- Kč. Že napoprvé neprojdete, může způsobit úplná prkotina...např. jedna vadná žhavící svíčka za pár korun, což za provozu auta ani nepoznáte. O jednání majitele servisu se zákazníkem se raději zmiňovat ani nebudu. Každý člověk jistě velmi rád poslouchá sprostá invektiva na adresu výrobce svého vozu. Opravdu, velmi profesionální. Jestli chcete vidět, jak to má vypadat při návštěvě emisní stanice, doporučuji servis Asema v Chebu. Nebe a dudy! Attention! Few people find out about this before visiting the emission station. Asi po 10 dnech čekání jsem přišel na servis abych zjistil, že pro mé auto nemají dostatek místa, a já musím auto nechat a vyčkat, dokud na to nedostanou čas a prostor. Pak mi oznámili novou cenu - 8 500 Kč. Za 10 dní se cena zvýšila více než 2krát! Nedoporučuji! The worst service experience in the Czech Republic. We agreed to mount the towbar for 3900 CZK. (work only). After about 10 days of waiting, I came to the service to find out that they didn't have enough space for my car, and I had to leave and wait until they had the time and space to do it. Then they announced a new price - CZK 8,500. In 10 days the price has risen more than 2 times! I do not recommend!
