★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den. Nakupuji, už jen Big Mat v Chebu a nemůžu si vynachválit prodávající, kteří bez problémů poradi se vším. Jsou vstřícný a přátelský a to samé se týká i skladníků.Nikam jinam nejezdím po mých zkušenostech.
 Hello. I buy, just Big Mat in Cheb and I can not praise the sellers, who easily handle everything. They are helpful and friendly and the same applies to the warehouse staff. I do not go anywhere else after my experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ve Falcu prodávající vstřícní i návrh koupelny proběhl v pohodě, ale když vám dají dlažbu ven pod plachtu a vy to pak nemůžete vzít do ruky, protože papírový obal je totálně rozmočený(tak, že z toho kape voda a o zašpinění dlažby ani nemluvím) tak to naštve i klidné povahy.
In Palatinate, the seller and the bathroom design went well, but when you put the tiles out under the sheet and you can not take it into your hand, because the paper cover is completely soaked (so that it drips water and dirty tiles not talking) so it sucks even quiet nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost s průběhem objednávky, čekání 3 týdny, abychom se pak dověděli, že zboží vlastně nebude + další objednané nebude v původním termínu. Chápu, že je v řadě oborech teď krize, ale nám toto zbytečně posunulo termín dokončení rekonstrukce díky prodlevám. Nemluvě o vicenákladech a nervech... nakonec jsme zakoupili v SIKU, sice trochu jiné dekory, ale 100% skladové položky.
Bad experience with the order, waiting 3 weeks to find out that the goods will not actually be + the next order will not be in the original term. I understand that there is a crisis in many fields now, but this has unnecessarily postponed the deadline for completing the reconstruction due to delays. Not to mention extra costs and nerves ... in the end we bought at SIKU, albeit slightly different decors, but 100% stock items.
