★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednani velmi dobre, ceny velmi priznive. Bohuzel zkusenosti mam i negativni.
Pri pravidelne prohlidce vam nereknou, ze mate sjete brzdy, musi vam to rict az clovek v pneuservise. V autoservisu je nicmene ochotne a velmi rychle vymeni, bohuzel vymeni jen desticky i kdyz jsou sjety i kotouce. Pri brzdeni vam pak se starejma kotoucema a novejma destickama vibruje volant "jako prase". Specialne jsem si nechal brzdy menit, protoze me cekala dlouha cesta, kterou jsem absolvoval potom s autem v tomto stavu.
Nebo vam autoelektrikar po oprave auta, ktery obcas nestartuje ani neutahne autobaterii, takze po dvou dnech, kdyz musite rychle nekam jet najednou zjistite, ze nenastartujete vubec.
Krome toho mam samozrejme i nekolik dobrych zkusenosti, velmi dobre vam treba vyresi technickou. Ale proste idealni servis budu hledat jeste nekde jinde.

In the car service, however, it is willingly and very quickly replaced, unfortunately it is only replaced by plates, even if the discs are also cut. When braking, the steering wheel vibrates "like a pig" with the old discs and new pads. I especially had the brakes changed, because I had a long journey ahead of me, which I then completed with the car in this condition.
Or you have a car electrician after repairing a car, which sometimes does not start or tighten the car battery, so after two days, when you have to go somewhere quickly, you will suddenly find out that you will not start at all.
In addition, of course, I have some good experiences, you need to solve the technical very well. But I will simply look for the ideal service elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U svého Mini jsem zde nechal opravit volant, který byl vytočený asi o 45°, chybové hlášky a nechal vyměnit parkovací světla. Vše skvěle opraveno do dvou dnů, komunikace se slečnou, která vše zařizovala na jedničku, dokonce mi vyměnili i ledky u spz, které jsem zapomněl zmínit, takže naprostá spokojenost. Jen interiér byl pak cítit cigaretovým odérem, mechanik je asi kuřák, což by bylo skvělé do příště vychytat. Příště pojedu opět sem. Doporučuji.

Only the interior was smelled of cigarette smell, the mechanic is probably a smoker, which would be great to catch next time. Next time I'll come back here. I recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po koupi ojetého vozu (Fiat Croma) jsem s autem navštívil servis a rovnou ten den mi udělali celkovou diagnostiku.
Když jsem po nějaké době ježdění měl problémy (ol. vana, silentblok, svody a další menší úpravy) tak se o vše postarali na výbornou. Nevymýšleli si nesmysly, řekli mi jak to je. Zaplatil jsem přesně za to co řekli, že budou dělat plus práce a nesnažili se mě vodit za nos. Doufám že tohle nesmyslné období Covidu zvládnou, jelikož najít dobrého a čestného mechanika je vzácnost. Zkrátka jinam už nepůjdu. Můžu jedině doporučit :).

When I had problems after some time of riding (oil bath, silentblock, downspouts and other minor modifications) they took care of everything very well. They didn't invent nonsense, they told me how it was. I paid for exactly what they said they would do plus work and didn't try to lead me by the nose. I hope they can handle this senseless period of Covid, as finding a good and honest mechanic is a rarity. I simply won't go anywhere else. I can only recommend :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Milí, ochotní a vstřícní ?Bohužel musím upravit recenzi z 5 hvězdiček na 2. Co se tyka opravy auta je jedna věc. To si řešil přítel, jen vím, že spokojen nebyl. Auto slibovali dříve, nakonec jsi ho nechali od pátku a teda vydali nám ho v úterý. Dokonce mu vysvětlí, že mají jen jeden hever a brzdí další práci.... Což není jako zákazníka nás problém. Ale co vytočilo i mě bylo, když jsem šla dát autosedačku na zadní sedadlo, kde jsem chtěla přepravit 10 měsíčního syna a sedadlo bylo plné chlupů od kočky, kterou jsem zahlédla v servisu. Ta drzost, že v cizim aute nechají spát nebo co dělat kočku, ještě ke všemu cizí, ani nevím jestli je očkovaná, jestli má parazity...... A dokonce s tím, že to opomenuli milostivě vyluxovat je opravdu drzost. Jediná záchrana na 1 hvězdu je tam paní, která se tyto "omyly" snaží furt žehlit a vlastně jen se omlouvá. No a co se týká mechaniků, tak ti opravdu milý nejsou, dneska vlastní praxe, ještě stačilo mě poslat do pr...e,
Já když jsem přišla po půl 5 nikdo na autě nedělal. Všichni stali u jiného...... Nemusíte snad všichni dělat jedno auto ne? Dále pokud jsou povolena kola což se zjistilo den poté.... A je to ŽIVOT ohrožující na to opravdu neni výmluva. Ještě jsem vám říkala, že máme 10 měsíčního kluka. Kdyby se něco stalo, tak máte žalobu na krku, to se můžete vsadit!!!!!! Vy jste nedodrželi termín slíbené opravy, ne já.

They promised the car earlier, in the end you left it from Friday and therefore gave it to us on Tuesday. He even explains to him that they only have one jack and hampers further work .... Which is not a problem for us as a customer. But what turned me on was when I went to put a car seat in the back seat, where I wanted to transport my 10-month-old son and the seat was full of hair from a cat I saw in the service. The audacity that they let a cat sleep or have something to do in a stranger's car, not to mention a stranger, I don't even know if she is vaccinated, if she has parasites ... The only rescue for 1 star is there, the lady who tries to iron these "mistakes" all the time and actually just apologizes. And as for the mechanics, they are not really nice to you, today my own practice, it was enough to send me to work,
When I came after half past five, no one was working on the car. They all stood by another ...... You don't all have to do one car, do you? Furthermore, if bikes are allowed, which was found out the day after .... And it's LIFE-threatening is really not an excuse. I also told you that we have a 10 month old boy. If something happens, you have a lawsuit on your neck, you can bet !!!!!! You didn't meet the promised repair deadline, not me.
