Unfortunately, I was seduced by the reviews. Yes, the speed was, which can be explained by the lack of orders. In any case, the communication is completely sad. I call to see if they are full and the lady tells me on the phone that yes, let me arrive at 10. I apologized that I must first check to see if I can make it and that I will call with confirmation within half an hour. For 10 I call that I am there at 10 at the latest, after which the lady convinces me that she said at 9th OK, I do not solve. I brought the car at the agreed time and after handing it over and "seeing them", I asked for sure if the price agreed by phone was valid and when it might be done. I was told that the price was valid and that sometime around four o'clock and that they would let me know. I went to work and waited for the phone around four o'clock to pick up the car. No contact for half past four, so I assumed they just didn't make it and that the car would be picked up the next day. What was my surprise when one of the employees called me about 8 minutes before closing time, when I was going to come for the car. (Apparently they expected me to arrive around 4 and either be done or I'll just wait because I have nothing better to do. Unfortunately I had something better to do and I was about half an hour away from the service. I offered to be there about 20 minutes after their closing time, when I leave immediately, after which I was informed that it would no longer be the one and that they clearly told me that I should be there at 4. PLEASE? Be ... I apologized that I would not make it sooner , after which I was told that nothing, so that I should come in the morning, but as soon as possible, so that they do not interfere, so I arrived the next day about 20 minutes after opening hours, when I was again warned on the spot that I warned them of the untruthfulness of their claims and went to pay the agreed price, but hey, yesterday they clearly told me in advance that I have the amount exactly and that they definitely do not accept credit cards ... Here and there some embellishment or I will overlook the lie, but there is too much of what is too much. e definitely did not fall and that we have a problem, because instead of the required 6300, - I have only 4000, -. So the only option is to choose somewhere. But where? According to the navigation of the staff "up here a bit, or there on Michelský" and looking at the map, I realized that this is not a short walk (both ATMs 20 minutes + way there and back), which fundamentally disrupted my plan, when I needed to get to employment. The suggestion that I would give them 4000, - and some document, or I would sign the debt on the handover document and drive to pick up the car, was practically ridiculed. I was now, forced to buy a ticket, wait for public transport, go 3 stops to the ATM and do the same back immediately, because in the event of another delay, they will be charged a parking fee of 40 CZK / hour to give me the car. After paying the amount, the car was given to me. The glass was replaced as agreed, but alas ... Even though the worker who took over the car suffocated, that the glass was well-drained and that, of course, even under the trunk floor, this did not happen. The suitcase was cleaned only from the coarsest dirt (understand - resting your palm on the floor of the suitcase meant dispensing about 30 pieces of stabbed glass! For those who don't want to read the whole story: They lie, they are unpleasant, they lie, they make you an ox, they lie and they do half the work. I hope that I am just an exception caused by PMS ladies who work there and that the technician just exceptionally hurried for a beer.

SL car glass was recommended to me. The negotiations were quick. Unfortunately, they installed a glass that did not understand the head up display. After finding the error, they tried to secure new glass. Which didn't work out, so the company returned the money to me without delay. Despite the failure, I was very satisfied with the approach.

I lost my windshield on Friday afternoon. I didn't even call 3 car windows. The helpful lady told me the price on the phone and confirmed that I could leave the car in their garage until Monday and they would fix it for me on Monday. I arrived there at four and after a short agreement I returned there in the early evening and the glass was glued. The seating area has been cleaned. Thank you.
