★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěl jsem pouze poptat nova kola na svuj VW = disky a pneu. Pani na recepci celkem neochotne zavolala pana, ktery tomu rozumi... ten ani nechapal, co chci a velmi neochotne mi rekl, at mu svou poptavku napisu do mailu, ze se uvidi... Me tam uz nikdy neuvidi... Ani moje penize...
 I just wanted to ask for new wheels for my VW = wheels and tires. The lady at the reception quite reluctantly called a man who understood that ... he didn't even understand what I wanted and very reluctantly told me to write his request in the e-mail that he would see me ... He would never see me there again ... money...

Dear and arrogant service, the gentleman at the reception sent me home politely when I wanted to explain to him what had happened to my car. They only charged 3100 CZK for diagnostics, I had the car repaired elsewhere .... If you want to spend a fortune and wait a long time, go for it! Very arrogant and ecxpensive service. They charged me only to find out what is wrong with the car 3100Kc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a trustworthy authorized VW dealership and service. It might seem expensive, but the parts they use are original VW and craftsmanship is top notch. Never had a problem with any of the post warranty repairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great authorized Skoda/VW mechanic. Very professional, prices are as you expect (2-3x higher than in non-authorized places). Quite happy with their services, but I'm quite surprised they don't bother with the little things e.g. vacuuming the inside or even topping up your windscreen liquid. Seems kind of strange as it would be quite/easy to do, especially if they're billing 7 - 8k here and there... At a non-authorized garage I'd understand (as it's cheap), but here I don't.
REPLY: Transmission gear change wasn't free: I paid for warranty when I bought the car to protect me from manufacturing errors and you got it paid by Skoda as well, so let's not pretend it was all for free ;-) I understand, washer liquid purchase in wholesale must be so expensive that it's just not worth the cost to refill it ;-) And I wasn't just getting "free transmission change" I did a regular fully paid service in August, so it's not like I'm asking for free stuff, come on.
