★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S pánom som sa dohodol na 14:00. V jednu som mu volal aby som si to potvrdil. Povedal mi ze na mňa zabudol., že šiel niekam a ze sa mi ozve keď sa vráti. O 16:30 mu volám ako to vidí a povie mi ze to nedá. Slušnost je aspoň zavolat a zrušit to.
I agreed with the gentleman at 14:00. At one point, I called him to confirm it. He told me that he had forgotten about me, that he had gone somewhere, and that he would call me when he returned. At 4:30 I call him as he sees it and tells me he can't. The decency is to at least call and cancel it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatný špatný a ještě jednou špatný. Arogantní týpek který si myslí jaký není borec ve svém oboru a ono to tak není. Neumí svoji práci, okrádá lidi a ještě se vám směje do obličeje. Takový přístup jsem nikdy nezažila. Už nikdy více. Vůbec nedoporučuji. Vyhněte se této firmě obloukem a radši zajeďte o kousek dál k jinému servisu.
Bad bad and bad again. An arrogant guy who thinks he's not a fighter in his field and he's not. He can't do his job, he robs people and he still laughs in your face. I have never experienced such an approach. Nevermore. I do not recommend at all. Avoid this company with a bend and you would rather drive a little further to another service.
