★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ještě nemám zakázku vyrobenou, ale zatím jsem oněměla úžasem v dnešní době s přístupem této firmy. Reakce a komunikace obratem, naprosto vstřícné a profesionální, hezké ceny, pokud klapne i realizace, v což doufám, tak jsem našla nového dodavatele.
I don't have a custom made yet, but so far I've been speechless with amazement with the approach of this company. Response and communication immediately, absolutely helpful and professional, nice prices, if the implementation also clicks, which I hope, so I found a new supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Promo Direct mohu jen doporucit, tesne pred vanoci mi vytrhli trn z paty, vse dodali v domluvenem terminu v top kvalite, coz mi pred tim u 3 jinych firem neklaplo ani omylem. Nasli jsme spolehliveho parrtnera do budoucna ;)
I can only recommend Promo Direct, just before Christmas they pulled the thorn out of my heel, they delivered everything in the agreed term in top quality, which did not happen to me by mistake before 3 other companies. We found a reliable partner in the future;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalita niektorých produktov je žiaľ nižšia než sme čakali - mikiny sa cca po 3 praniach zožmolkovali a stojany na perá majú konštrukčnú chybu - po vložení pera do stojanu sa preruší kontakt batérie a meteostanica sa reštartuje. Reklamačné podmienky sú tiež neštandardné - právo reklamovať výrobok má zákazník len 2 mesiace od dátumu dodania. Zároveň mi nepríde fér platiť rovnaké poštovné (15€) za 4 veľké krabice (cca 50kg) a takých istých 15€ za 1 malú krabicu do 3kg.
Unfortunately, the quality of some products is lower than we expected - the sweatshirts were pounded after about 3 washes and the pen stands have a design error - after inserting the pen into the stand, the battery contact is interrupted and the weather station is restarted. Complaint conditions are also non-standard - the customer has the right to complain about the product only 2 months from the date of delivery. At the same time, it does not seem fair to me to pay the same postage (15 €) for 4 large boxes (approx. 50 kg) and the same 15 € for 1 small box up to 3 kg.
