Zakoupil jsem 2 ks pneumatik po letmém prohlédnutí byly vpořádku jenže po nafouknutí se objevila trhlina cca 2cm na straně což jsem chtěl reklamovat. Účtenku mi nikdo nevystavil tak jsem čekal problém. Pneumatiky jsem nechal dát na disky jinde - 2x demontáž starých + likvidace, montáž nových a vyvážení celkem 220kč. Z5 k věci, domluva byla že mi dají jiné gumy a ještě to přezujou. Jednu udělá v rámci reklamace a druhou si zaplatím ok nemám problém. Za přezutí a vyvážení 1 gumy 200kč bez faktury. S odvětou, že jsou z jiného kraje to už je moc. Super přístup. Bad approach, I absolutely do not recommend robbing customers .. I bought 2 pieces of tires after a cursory inspection, they were fine, but after inflating, a crack appeared about 2 cm on the side, which I wanted to complain about. Nobody issued me a receipt, so I was expecting a problem. I had the tires put on the discs elsewhere - 2x disassembly of the old + disposal, installation of new and balancing a total of 220 CZK. Z5 to the point, the agreement was that they would give me other tires and they would change it. One will be done as part of a complaint and the other I will pay ok I have no problem. For changing and balancing 1 rubber 200 CZK without invoice. With the retaliation that they are from another region, it is too much. Great approach.
