And nobody was afraid to warn me that something had been damaged and they did not want to hear the reimbursement that it was not proof that it was not. Never ever.

Mr. Toth is very helpful and has been helpful to me many times. Bodybuilders are doing very well and mechanical repairs too. The main thing is the human approach. I'm quite satisfied. I recommend. :-)

I'd like to share a negative review at TOTH AUTOSERVIS. I put my car there for a previous agreement (more expensive limousine, the value of a new car about 2 million CZK), which was slightly damaged after a car crash. Estimated repair time was agreed to 2-3 weeks. I was promised a repair quote within two days. When I called after two days (and it was very difficult to reach) I was amazed at what I was calling. Of course, the offer was not finished and I was told it would be ready in about a week. Again it was a big problem to call, so I came personally. The car was partially disassembled and we confirmed again that the repair will be completed in about 3 weeks (the week has passed, but I accepted it). When I called for a repair after a week, I was told that they already had spare parts and that the car was going to be repaired soon. During that time my colleague also stopped to look at the car and was also assured that the parts already have and that the repair will be done in about 14 days, no matter what we call continuously. Since then, again a big problem to call, even to the SMS did not respond. When, for example, they picked up the phone after a week, they told me that I didn't know about the call, and so on. After another three weeks (after a month in total) I could not reach again, so I stopped with my wife to see the car that was supposed to be ready on that day. The owner was very surprised that I came. He was very nervous. When I asked about the repair, he told me that we had arranged for 6 weeks of repair, which of course was not true (I have witnessed it). When I showed the owner that we agreed on three weeks, he began to behave like crazy. I wanted to see the condition of the car and agree on a possible extension of the date of repair, because I did not want after such a time to repair elsewhere. The owner of the Toth service station did not want to admit me to the car for incomprehensible reasons, breaking the law! (Later I found out that it was because the car was not done even after a month) He was very uncomfortable, locked the door to the service so I could not look at the car and again was very arrogant. Despite this, I tried to humanly agree with him what was missing to fix, but agreement was not possible at all. He told us literally that he didn't need it and let us take the car back and leave. The owner was in the amok, sat in the car and drove away as a small child because he had no arguments why he did so Then he called me the next day and pushed me to call the tow truck because the car was immobile! He was mobile before that. Nothing on the car, of course, was repaired at all after months, and it was in a worse condition than I had brought him to the service. I secured the tow truck at my own expense and brought the car to another repair shop. Repair service TOTALLY LEAVE and I am dealing with the matter with my lawyer. Of course, the car was handed to me by someone other than the owner, because he did not have the courage to do so Recommendations for all who want to have the car repaired at AUTOTERVIS TOTH. AVOID THIS SERVICE WITH A BIG ARC, they are cheaters. It is very serious and the owner behaves arrogantly and with great disrespect for the customer. I've never experienced this in any car service. Unfortunately, I found out that I was not alone, the deceived customers have this service to blame much more. HERE MORE !!!

After the demolition I had the door repaired, got somewhere from the scrapyard and they were crushed so they straightened over my knee now they don't sit there at all, when I go there it blows, it makes terrible noises. Thank you very much !!!!!!!

PHYSICAL ATTACK !! I have never experienced such an approach as this car service and car rental. I already have experience with service and rental. Regarding the service, the duration of the repair of the stupid radiator takes almost a month, while I was told within a week and you can come for the vehicle. Constantly full of excuses, he destroyed certain things in the vehicle and his answer was "You already had that". The approach to people is without respect and respect, they do not respect their customers. I have the worst experience I have ever had with a rental shop. I rented a car for one day, I agreed with the owner to hand in the car the next day at the same time. Unfortunately, I didn't make it and arrived later, and delivered the vehicle safely. The owner asked me for more money for the next day, I had no problem and asked him for a contract and business conditions. The owner started to have aggression and threatened the Police of the Czech Republic, I had no problem with that. In the terms and conditions, I read the sentence, "Renting a car for a day means returning the same day - no 24 hours". I had a question if I understood correctly that I would rent a car today and I had to return it today. The owner agreed, so I asked if I could pay for the next day so I could rent a car until the end of the day, he agreed again. I gave him money in the amount of 1000, - and the owner had to return 100, - and he did, and then I asked him for the car keys. He began to be full of aggression and arrogance. He said aggressively, get out. I asked him again about the car keys. The owner came to me without a word, grabbed my hair and led me out of the store. The others who were with me threatened them threateningly, if they told anyone anything they would be wrong. Now everything is handled by the Police of the Czech Republic, please watch out for this man named Marek Tóth, he is only a man who robs the state, insurance companies and also his customers. I do not recommend this service. The owner is obviously not clean.

I urgently needed to change the tires on Sunday morning, after the first phone call I was rejected, but in 10 minutes the man himself said that he had found the wheels for our car. Despite the fact that there were considerable complications with the bolts on the bike, the master managed and thanks to ingenuity and the welder, everything worked out. He also reported other problems with the car (he knew we lived 200 km away, so he couldn't get another deal out of it). Friendly approach even on Sunday mornings.
