★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chválím je jako odborníky na klimu. S čím si ve třech jiných servisech nevěděli rady, tady vyřešili při první návštěvě.
PS: Jen by mohli být o trochu levnější. :-)
I praise them as climate experts. What they did not know in three other workshops they solved here during their first visit.
PS: They could just be a little cheaper. :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyměnili chladič klimatizace a doplnili klimu - to proběhlo v pořádku. Na druhou stranu jsem něměl dobrý pocit ze servisu - totálně netransparentní jednání. Za výše uvedený úkon u Octavie2 jsem dal dohromady 9500 + za zjišťění závady 500 Kč (napuštění klimy vzduchem = 5 minut). Bylo mi řečeno, že výměna chladiče klimy je práce na celý den (čistě za práci si vzali 4500 kč). Ptal jsem se a zjišťoval jsem si jinde a na výměnu chladiče jsou standartně 3 hodiny. Nakonec my vypsali ručně účtenku. Na základě tohoto faktu si každý udělejte názor. Práci odvedli, ale dobrý pocit jsem z toho neměl a znovu už do servisu nepojedu. Pokud se pletu a výměna chladiče klimy a doplnení klimatizace opravdu stojí 10,000kč, tak jim křivdím neprávem. Pokud se nepletu, tak jsem byl doslova ojebán :)
They replaced the air conditioning radiator and added air conditioning - it went well. On the other hand, I didn't feel good about the service - a totally non-transparent deal. For the above-mentioned operation of the Octavia2, I put together 9,500 + for detecting a defect of CZK 500 (filling the climate with air = 5 minutes). I was told that replacing the climate cooler is a full day job (they took CZK 4,500 for their work). I asked questions and found out elsewhere and it takes 3 hours to replace the radiator as standard. Finally, we wrote out a receipt by hand. Based on this fact, everyone has an opinion. They did the work, but I didn't feel good about it and I'm not going to the service again. If I'm wrong and replacing the air conditioning cooler and adding air conditioning really costs 10,000 CZK, then I'm wronging them wrong. If I'm not mistaken, I was literally fucked :)
