+komunikace (s každou věcí, co bylo potřeba mě kontaktovali)
+přístup (opravili i další věci po protržení olejové vany)
+rychlé jednání (odtah, servis)
-cena opravy
-délka opravy (po svaření vany bylo potřeba objednat dalš díly, které se mohly objednat dříve a ne týden po prvním telefonátu, co bude potřeba opravit)
Auto jezdí, tak snad bude vše v pořádku.
 I only own the first car, so it's hard to compare.
+ communication (with every thing needed to contact me)
+ access (they also repaired other things after the oil pan burst)
+ fast action (towing, service)
-repair price
-length of repair (after welding the tub, it was necessary to order other parts that could be ordered earlier and not a week after the first phone call, what will need to be repaired)
The car is driving, so hopefully everything will be fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chlapi nás vyloženě vytáhli z "bryndy". Odtáhli, zachránili a zprovoznili auto. Bylo to těsně před svátky takže jsem čekala až budou v provozu. Ale půjčili mi náhradní vůz. Hned jak to šlo, volali a druhý den už jsem pro auto jela. Velmi profesionální, rychlé a milé jednání. Děkuji, že jsem díky vám prožila klidné Vánoce :-)
The guys got us out of trouble. They towed, rescued and put the car into operation. It was just before the holidays so I waited for them to be up and running. But they lent me a spare car. As soon as I could, they called and the next day I drove for the car. Very professional, fast and kind. Thank you for spending a peaceful Christmas :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa, cena pres pojistovnu dohodnuta cca. 30,- bez dph za km, pak cena po odtahnuti cena 50,- bez dph za km. Pojistovna vypociatala doplatek na 3000,- na miste slozeni bylo pozadovano 10285,- hned a v hotovosti. Takze panove, priste si ten Vas odtah strcte do zadele. To uz odpovida za vse, nedoporucuji!!!!!!
Disaster, price through insurance company agreed approx. 30, - without VAT per km, then the price after towing price 50, - without VAT per km. The insurance company calculated a surcharge of 3000, - on the place of deposit was required 10285, - immediately and in cash. So, gentlemen, get your tow in the ass. That is already responsible for everything, I do not recommend !!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vynikající služby, mohu jen doporučit. Když pojedete poprvé, možná budete chvíli bloudit v areálu, ale je to vlastně za tou první budovou která je při vjezdu jakoby v cestě- mám dojem oranžová budova- tak hned za ní jsou již auta ze servisu a hala, kde servis sídlí. Příjemný personál.
Excellent service, I can only recommend. When you drive for the first time, you may wander in the area for a while, but it's actually behind the first building that is on its way at the entrance - I have the impression of an orange building - so right behind it are the service cars and the hall where the service is located. Nice staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THEY STOLE MY TURBO AND PARTIKELFILTER!!!
They had my car since 25. June. They said it was the Turbocharger first and it will take one week, after two weeks they said they had ordered the part, after tree weeks they said particular filter and catalysator is gone too, that took another one week. After 4 weeks they said the motor was gone. Then i decided to tow my car back to Denmark and I want car as they get it through my insurance. I just received my car and there missing part on it!!! They wanted 15.000€ for the repair. I spoke with another workshop in Czech and they gave me a price at 5000€.
