★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mne vše OK. Zboží sice nebylo skladem, ale dorazilo v avizovaném termínu a skutečně bylo dodáno. Trošku déle trvala jen rozvážka, ale to v dnešní době určitě není předmětem kritiky. A cena odpovídající podobnému sortimentu jinde.

Paní mi řekla , že mi ji pošle kurýrem. A hle v 10,30 už jsem brousil. Chci vám poděkovat v této komplikované době ohledně Covid 19. Nikdo to nemáme lehké ,ale jak je vidět, zázraky stále existují ?? Dekuji

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel také docela zklamání. Na eshopu navíc ceny vyšší než jsou doporučené ceny dovozce, konkretně u extraktorů Profi Europe. Z mého pohledu je špatné, když zákazník ví o sortimentu prodejce více než samotní prodejci. Na to že jsem sem šel utratit docela dost peněz jsem odešel s nepořízenou.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, vyzvedl jsem germicidní lampu ze zásilkovny, nepoškozenou, vybalil, zapnul lampa pípá, ale nerožne se. po tf. hovoru mi bylo sděleno, že ji mám poslat zpět, ale na své náklady. Lampa je v záruce tak by náklady měl logicky platit prodejce.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chápu, že prodejna není primárně výdejna balíku, ale už jste se jednou rozhodli, že to budete dělat, tak to musí respektovat i zaměstnanci. Služeb prodejny jsem využila dvakrát. Poprvé všechno v pořádku, paní moc milá. Za to dnes...jako nejhorší pro zákazníka je když se prodavačka tváří, chová a mluví tak, že si připadáte, že tam nemáte být. Dnes kdybych ty balíky nepotřebovala tak se seberu a už se nikdy nevrátím. Na moje sdělení faktu, že je protivná a nemusí - neváhala a zapojila kolegyni. Fakt příjemný když se do vás pustí obě prodavačky. Nj, ale asi se musíme smířit s tím, že lidé ve službách už nejsou tak pokorní. Pro prodavačku jsem zjevně nebyla ten díky kterému má její šéf na zaplacení její výplaty, ale někdo kdo ji otravuje v práci.

Really nice when both saleswomen let you in. Nj, but we probably have to come to terms with the fact that people in the service are no longer so humble. For the saleswoman, I was obviously not the one thanks to which her boss has to pay her salary, but someone who annoys her at work.
