Absolute satisfaction with the approach of the staff and the price. The work was done perfectly while you wait! For a price more than reasonable. It was definitely not my last visit here and I will be happy to entrust their car to them again. For me 5 stars and a great recommendation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neprofesionální přístup! 10 dní čekám, až mi vezmou do opravy auto, a když tam přijedu podle domluvy (ráno před devátou, domluva byla mezi osmou a devátou s tím, že tam pán bude od sedmi), tak nikde nikdo a servis zamčený. Volám tedy a telefon mi je odmítnut s smskou v ruštině, kterou nemluvím. Podle Googlu "zavolám vám zpět". Uplynula hodina, nikdo nevolal, auto jsem zase musel odvézt domů. Absolutní ztráta času, je nehorázné, že si tohle někdo dovolí.
Absolutely unprofessional approach! I wait 10 days for my car to be repaired, and when I arrive there by appointment (the morning before nine, the appointment was between eight and nine, with the gentleman being there from seven), nobody anywhere and the service locked. So I call and the phone is rejected with a message in Russian, which I do not speak. According to Google, "I'll call you back". An hour passed, no one called, I had to take the car home again. Absolutely a waste of time, it is outrageous that anyone can afford this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That was the worst nightmare and I feel strongly cheated.
We agreed on changing few things like oil and few more, for agreed price. During changing they’ve informed me about broken part of oil filters, and wanted me to pay for that. Finally they didn’t fix all that we agreed, and want me to pay almost same price. They informed me I won’t see my car if will not pay.
When I came there to pay and finish that horrible story, they were strongly telling me I need to go into the building, when refused, three guys came to me with paper, and tried to force me to give them my very personal data, and sign any papers about my car.
Few minutes after leaving this service , car alert shown up, and informed me, there are problems of missing oil.
Update: below the car is black oil stain.
