The service works well. I came up with a problem - low engine power. The mechanic found it through the diagnosis. I offered the repair at a good price, so I used it right away. I left that day. The car now drives to full power. They do fast and well.

I gave them my car first, now there was a daughter with a BMW. They successfully solved the problems with VANOS tilting, which bothered us for a long time. The technician came to this immediately when describing the manifestation of the defect. The daughter was very happy. In addition, they did service, tires, windshield cracked. I recommend for speed and willing technicians. Although they are quite full, they usually take me the next day.

I picked up the car after changing the oil in the BMW X5 automatic transmission and I feel perfect about it. It seems to me that they gave me a whole new one there :-) It's better than when I bought it (then it was only slightly used). Shifting goes smoothly and smoothly, nothing jerks. They promised me it would be significantly better, but this is really a different car. I'll try them for the next service or some major repair. The service has two branches, I was in the one in Jarov. You can pay by card, the meeting is professional. The disadvantage is the worse background while waiting, cramped office. And they don't even have a coffee machine. I had to go to the gas station next door.

Attention! Avoid the Garant! The equipment in the Garant is good, for example, changing oil and the like can do well. But something serious like a BMW engine, or plumbing work so it's a weaker amateur level! Plus he can also record the work they have not done. Beware! Very bad experience !!! Avoid the Garant !!!

Unfortunately, I have to share the negative experience with Garant Garage. I came with two cranked bolts in the wheel hub. The admission technician set the price in the range of 1000 - 5000 CZK. After removing the screws, he contacted me by phone that the price would be 4000 CZK. After visiting the garage, I contradicted the price with regard to the time required for this operation. They told me that removing the two bolts from the wheel hub took them 3 hours of work without a break. They renewed the threads of the bolts (ie they did not drill or cut new ones) and it was not necessary to dismantle the entire wheel hub, the bolts were not rusted in the threads either. I informed myself independently in three other car repair shops about the time-consuming of this repair and always told me that this unusual fault was removed within one to two hours maximum, ie if the screws had to be drilled, threaded, removed the wheel hub. So I wanted to call a technician who was removing the screws, but I was told she was at the funeral. When asked if I could call him, I was told that they wouldn't call him a funeral. Thus, they did not provide the only evidence that the car repair technician had actually spent this time. So I have reason to believe that the Garages Garant charges extra work hours. With an hourly rate of nearly CZK 1200 per hour of work, you may find a smaller repair very expensive. After signing the service sheet with a price estimate in a wide range (in my case 1000 - 5000 CZK) they can determine the price they want, if perhaps the work on your repair did not take too long surely some clock will find. So you can count on the price being at the upper limit of the estimated amount. So I recommend avoiding this service if you don't want to pay more than twice the price of your competition.
