Pri prijmu zjistili, ze mam i přejetý servisní interval. Vse bylo hotove v rámci jednoho dne. Tímto bych chtěla poděkovat technikovi Ondřejovi za profesionálni přistup a rychle reseni problemu. R	Robert Veverka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už nikdy víc, třikrát reklamace a navíc odřené auto jako bonus při předání vozidla?‍♂️. Čtvrtou reklamaci sem vzdal a zvolil jiný autoservis. Nedoporučuji tento servis. První odhalení problému oprava cca 65 tisíc, následně telefonát, že je servis za 120.000 tisíc. Nechal sem si nad rámec opravy, vyměnit olej v automatické převodovce a v zadním diferenciálu, bohužel to byla chyba. Po výměně oleje v diferenciálu začal hučet. První reklamace, po vyřízení reklamace vozidlo vráceno, jelikož při jízdě hučel diferenciál. Druhá reklamace cca po měsíci prý vše opraveno. S radostí sem pro vozidlo přijel a cca po 3 km sem vozidlo vrátil po hrozných vibracích a hučení( utržený silemblok diferenciálu a stálé hučení. Po cca dvou týdne opraveno a omluva, že je vše v pořádku! Opravdu není, diferencál stále hučí a kape z něj olej! Proto řeším opravu jinde, opravdu tento servis nedoporučuji. Pozor na mazání recenzí, které se jim nehodí na jejich stránkách a facebooku! Never again, three times complaints and in addition abraded car as a bonus when handing over the vehicle?‍♂️. After about two weeks repaired and an apology that everything is fine! That's why I'm dealing with repairs elsewhere, I really don't recommend this service.
T	Tomáš Matuška on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provedena výměna oleje. Při přebírání se podepisuje, ze auto nema vady, aniz by někdo nejprve ukazal, co bylo dělané. Nejprve podepiš a pak si zkontroluj. Naštěstí to odnesl jen trychtyr olejove měrky, která praskla evidentně při sundání platového krytu motoru. Oil changed. Wanted me to sign a contract BEFORE EVEN LOOKING AT THE CAR, saying the price is gonna be at least between 700-1100€. I declined. At my mechanic at home it turned out nothing bad actually was broken at all.

They charged me 5300 CZK for an inspection, just to tell me what I told them in the first place. I wanted to change the katalysator and Lambda sond - they called me a day later to tell me that the price would be 38 000,- CZK for it, considering that the parts cost a maximum of 12 000,- CZK, I called the whole thing off and went some place else.
