Provedene opravy, montaze a do toho ta podlaha po roce od zhotoveni , je stale vse funkcni a bez zavad. Our company needed to do water distribution, install batteries and waste under sinks. Po příjezdu bylo zjištěn daleko větší problém než jen pouhý ucpaný odpad. Pánové problém obratem vyřešili a díky kontrole potrubní kamerou zjistili že problém je dalekosáhlejší v kanalizací - nyní vše během víkendu odstranili a vyřešili. Vřele mohu jen doporučit !!!!! Časově mi vyšli maximálně vstříc. Pánové byli velmi vstřícní, ochotní, komunikativní a vzhledem k tomu, jak nešikovně je pračka se sušičkou umístěna, dost se i nadřeli. Nezanechali za sebou žádný nepořádek, vše uvedli do původního stavu. Budu-li potřebovat službu v tomto oboru, určitě se na ně s důvěrou znovu obrátím. Všem tuto firmu skutečně vřele doporučuji. I can praise here, after calling for waste repair they were on the spot in 45 minutes and they managed it quickly. The repairman was accommodating and could be seen to be good.

Celková cena 3 575,- za celkem 1 hodinu práce nám připadá přemrštěná, každý ať posoudí sám: Řešily jsme ucpaný a špatně polohovaný odpad v kuchyni, takže neodtékal. Technici první den odpad vyčistili a netěsnící trubky “zajistili” izolepou, kterou jsme jim musely půjčit. Doporučili nám, ať si to pak zalepíme něčím lepším, protože to protékalo. Ale jako provizorium to prý postačí. Minimálně do doby, než nám někdo spraví sklon těch trubek. Druhý den jsme je volaly znovu, protože dřez se nedal používat - aby nám upravili ten sklon trubek. Při první návštěvě tvrdili, že to zvládnou. Tentokrát přijel jen jeden pán. Trubky částečně nahradil, ale sklon nenapravil. Kromě toho nechal ve spoji trubek nezalepenou škvíru, 2x2 mm, kterou protékala voda. Zjistily jsme to až po jeho odjezdu, protože jsme podle jeho pokynů nechávaly zatuhnout lepidlo a vodu nepouštěly. Ten samý den odpoledne jsme opět volaly do firmy, aby se u nás někdo stavil a utěsnil to. Ale nabídli nám další návštěvu až následující den. Nakonec jsme si tu škvíru raději zalepily samy. The technicians cleaned the waste the first day and "secured" the leaking pipes with the adhesive tape we had to lend them. They advised us to stick it with something better, because it was flowing. But it is said to be enough as a temporary. At least until someone fixes the slope of those pipes. The next day we called them again because the sink couldn't be used - to adjust the slope of the pipes. On their first visit, they claimed they could do it. Only one gentleman arrived this time. He partially replaced the pipes, but did not correct the inclination. In addition, he left a non-glued slit in the joint of the pipes, 2x2 mm, through which water flowed. We only found out after his departure, because we let the glue harden according to his instructions and did not let the water run. That same afternoon, we called the company again for someone to stop by and seal it. But they offered us another visit the next day. In the end, we preferred to glue the crack ourselves.
