★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Četl jsem si recenze ostatních a došel jsem k tomu, že ať člověk dělá co chce tak se všem nezavdeci.
Měnil jsem praskle sklo na svém VW. Jeden den jsem zavolal, druhý den jsem přijel a třetí den ráno jsem pristavil auto a po práci si ho vyzvedl. Pojišťovna zaplatila celou škodu a ja se o nic jako skenovani TP, foceni apod nemusel starat. Prostory jsou hezké a čisté.
K samotné práci nemám co dodat, koukal jsem jestli někde neuvidím lepidlo, nebo jestli to není křivo či jestli nekde neodstava lišta - nikde nic. Krásná a precizní práce, přístup personálu. Ja fakt můžu jen chválit.
Děkuji servisu za práci a pokud by se podobná situace opakovala tak nemam důvod nevolit vás znovu. Za mě 5 hvězd lidi.
I read the reviews of others and I came to the conclusion that no matter what a person does, he does not give thanks to everyone.
I changed the cracked glass on my VW. One day I called, the next day I arrived, and the third morning I parked the car and picked it up after work. The insurance company paid for the entire damage and I didn't have to worry about anything like scanning the TP, taking photos, etc. The premises are nice and clean.
I have nothing to add to the work itself, I looked to see if I could see the glue somewhere, or if it was not crooked, or if the bar did not stop somewhere - nothing anywhere. Beautiful and precise work, the approach of the staff. I really can only praise.
Thank you service for your work and if a similar situation recurs, I have no reason not to vote for you again. For me, 5 star people.

Servis Vás zastoupí v řešení pojistné události naprosto bez jakýkoliv problému, nečekaně rychlé vyřízení. Takovou ochotu personálu v některých servisech těžko pohledat. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám co bych vytkl. Skvělá komunikace při domluvě předem. Rychlé objednání skla na pobočku. Výměna proběhla dle domluvy v daný termín dokonce v rychlejším čase. Na pojišťovnu jsem akorát nahlásil událost kde mi doporučili smluvený servis a tím pro mě veškeré vyřizování skončilo. Přístup personálu hodnotím velice kladně. Určitě doporučuji.
I have nothing to complain about. Great communication by prior arrangement. Quick ordering of glass at the branch. The exchange took place according to the agreement on the given date, even in a faster time. I just reported an event to the insurance company where they recommended the contracted service to me, and thus all the processing ended for me. I rate the approach of the staff very positively. I definitely recommend.
