Autospektrum 2000 - Úšovice

I would like to thank you for the great and professional approach of the Autospektrum 2000 service, which took care of the demanding engine repair of my Škoda Octavia II combi 1.8 TSI (for the knowledgeable CDAA engine). After they managed to disassemble the damaged engine in the authorized Sael service center in Cheb and only to fog up, make excuses and offer a new engine instead of the repair, which they also did not want to install in the final and the car was disassembled with a question mark when it will be mobile again. autoservis Autospektrum 2000 took the opposite approach. They transported the vehicle from Cheb themselves, offered me a possible repair solution, including a price offer and a completion date. Communication with Mr. Michálek, with whom I communicated all the time, was on a professional level and completely without reservations. What we agreed on was true. I was very surprised by the helpfulness that is simply not seen today. Were it not for the fact that Chebský servis did not deliver all the parts that he dismantled from the vehicle, the handover of the vehicle into my hands was delayed by 1 week. However, even so, I picked up the vehicle two weeks before the contract. Now I have driven about 2500 km after the repair. The problem of oil loss due to defective piston rings has disappeared. The driving characteristics of the vehicle are much better than before the repair, fuel consumption has been reduced and the oil is still at max. Many thanks, of course, to the mechanic. Good job. It is now clear where my car will go for the next service. I am a maximally satisfied customer.
