Excellent approach to the customer. I was very satisfied

I gave the car to Zítek due to problems with the lighting of a practically new Škoda car (malfunctioning rear interior lighting, low infotainment brightness when the lights are on - the brightness only worked correctly when the lights were set to Auto, plus more error messages in the infotainment system gradually began to increase). The windshield also changed. The approach of the technician who took over the car slightly stopped me - first he questioned that it was a mistake in the case of infotainment, then he falsely accused me of scratching the fuses when taking over the car (to this day I do not know where the car has fuses, however the technician told me that when I dig into them again, I have to return them there correctly - either their technician put them in the wrong place, or the car went out of production like this, I don't know where the fuses are and no one else had access to the car). However, the repair was quick, whenever needed, they provided transport to the MB, the problems with the BCM, which eventually changed, no longer occurred and the glass also holds, except that the wiper wipes badly on the driver from the windshield replacement - omits quite a substantial line. Apart from the mentioned faux pas with fuses (I still think it was not from the production, but their technician did it) quite good dealings with the customer. I won't have a problem coming again and maybe I'll find out where the insurance actually is, even if I don't know what the information will be for me: D
