Friendly, they helped to get the machines and went to meet them. I finally bought elsewhere, but Mr. tried to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem v servise dvakrát a pokaždé mě opravdu příjemně překvapili. Kdybych tu psal jak, šli byste tam všichni :D Velice vstřícný a podle toho, co zatím mohu posoudit, tak i odborný personál. Servisován Mac a iPhone.
I was in the service twice and each time I was really pleasantly surprised. If I wrote here, you would all go there: D Very helpful and, as far as I can judge, also professional staff. Serviced Mac and iPhone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stroj EPSON v záruke nam odmietli vyservisovat, naopak si ešte vypýtali 2000€ za OPRAVU V ZÁRUČNEJ DOBE! Druhá autorizovaná firma na servis EPSONOV na SR (primeservice) nám stroj vyservisovala okamžite samozrejme v RÁMCI ZÁRUKY , rýchlo a bez problémov, narozdiel od odrbov firmy AWC Morava. Určite NEODPORÚČAM, ak si nechcete platiť za servis strojov v záručnej dobe.
The EPSON machine refused to service us, but still asked for 2000 € for REPAIR IN WARRANTY! The second authorized company for EPSON service in Slovakia (primeservice) immediately repaired the machine within the GUARANTEE, quickly and without problems, unlike the AWC Morava sales. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED if you do not pay for servicing machines within the warranty period.

Highly recommend all team, from lady at reception to technicians who all helped out.
