★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, dnes jednání po telefonu - hrůza děs, paní na likvidaci poj. událostí asi neumí otevřít přílohu v mailu. Ohlášení poj. událostí 6.12. na pobočce v Plzni na náměstí a dnes volali z likvidací, že tam nic nemaji. Půl hodiny nervů a telefonátů, nakonec zjištění, že vše tam mají, v tom záhadném mailu ode dne, kdy jsem to nahlásila a donesla vše potřebné. Pryč od nich !! Je mi z toho jednání do breku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přišli jsme si zařídit pojištění na domácnost - paní byla ochotná a pomohla nám vybrat nejlepší volbu. Jediné mínus je, že tam byla sama a tvořily se fronty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Problémy s ukončením povinného ručení. Oproti jiným pojišťovnám požadují kopie o přepisu majitele a pokud s Vámi nový majitel nekomunikujete, zřejmě u nich zůstanete navždy. Zaslal jsem i výpis z registru vozidel, ale i to jim nestačí. Hrůza, již nikdy!

I also sent an extract from the vehicle register, but even that is not enough for them. Horror, never again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V této instituci (ne v této pobočce) nejsou schopni ani opsat správně adresu z kupní smlouvy. Pak číslo popisné. Pak číslo parcelní.....prostě neschopnost opsat text ze smlouvy. Vše trvá tak dlouho, že člověk začíná cítit, že stárne. V kombinaci se Sberbank si můžete dát mašli..... K tomu Finanční poradci z Partners a máte jistotu, že nejste pojištěni a že výhodné to vše bude max pro fin. poradce v Partners. Nikdy víc ani jednu z těchhle institucí.
