★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto pojišťovnu nedoporučuji bolestné které se mi stalo v bývalé práci řeší jak hlemýždi prý že mají 3 měsíce na to aby to vyřešili i když mají všechny dokumenty strašný!!!
Edit : po několika urgencích nakonec peníze poslali a pak že to nejde dřív! ;)
I do not recommend this insurance company, the pain that happened to me in my former job, it solves how snails are said to have 3 months to solve it, even if all the documents are terrible !!!
Edit: after a few emergencies, they finally sent the money and then it didn't work out sooner! ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serdecznie nie polecam tego ubezpieczyciela. Lód spadł na szybę w aucie, wynajmujący starał się załatwic wszystkie formalności. Podano numer konta bankowego, dane auta, właściciela i resztę niezbędnych. Musicie mieć numer telefonu czeski, innego nie przyjmują, bo tak ciężko wpisać numer krajowy. Druga rzecz, każdy oddział zajmuje się innymi sprawami, w Pilźnie posyłali papiery od nas do Tachova, dostaliśmy tylko potwierdzenie wysłania.
2 miesiące po podaniu czeskiego numeru dalej sprawa stoi w miejscu. Dopiero po interwencji właściciela mieszkania (Czecha) sprawa jako tako się ruszyła, łaskawie wysłali maila z numerem jak sprawa aktualnie stoi, ale na stronie nie są w stanie powiedzieć czy papierow brakuje od poszkodowanego, czy od winnego. Kpina i nie polecam.

The bank account number, car details, owner and the rest necessary have been provided. You must have a Czech phone number, you do not accept another one, because it's hard to enter a national number. The second thing, each branch deals with other matters, in Pilsen they sent papers from us to Tachov, we only received confirmation of sending.
Two months after giving the Czech number, the case is still in place. Only after the intervention of the owner of the flat (Czech) the case started as it was, they kindly sent an e-mail with the number as the case currently stands, but the website is not able to tell if the paper is missing from the aggrieved party or from the guilty party. Mockery and I do not recommend.
