★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Děkuji všem, lidi jsou zde tak skvělí, že si raději dojedu z Prahy do Plzně :)! Nikdo vás neponižuje, vše pokaždé pořádně vysvětlí a odcházíte s dobrou náladou. Ani se nedá porovnat s pobočkou v Praze, ze které mám doteď trauma :D. Děkuji ještě jednou!
 Thank you all, the people here are so great that I would rather drive from Prague to Pilsen :)! Nobody humiliates you, they always explain everything properly and you leave in a good mood. Nor can it be compared with the branch in Prague, from which I have trauma so far: D. Thank you once again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zaměstnanci jsou ochotní a milí, pan Přemysl Kaše za přepážkou mi trpělivě odpověděl na všechny dotazy a pomohl mi vyřídit všechno, co jsem potřebovala, a to i přesto, že jsem měla sama v informacích dost nepořádek, ani jsem si nepřinesla správné formuláře. Spokojenost, přístup ke klientovi bezkonkurenční! :)
The staff is helpful and kind, Mr. Přemysl Kaše behind the counter patiently answered all my questions and helped me handle everything I needed, even though I had a lot of information clutter myself and did not bring the right forms. Satisfaction, unparalleled approach to the client! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VZP Plzen is full of people who don’t know what they’re doing. I came there to pay for the months of July and August last year, knowing I owe money. I told them I did work and needed to pay, but they told me I owed nothing. When I got my taxes done I found out I owed for July and August and now late fees! I’ve been there twice now trying to get this fixed but people refuse to help me simply stating “it’s not their fault”. What terrible people that work there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst office I have dealt with in my four years here. The waits are long, the staff are lazy, and they are most certainly NOT "here to help" as they claim on their website. They were not willing to meet me halfway on the language issue, that is, by using google translate to help with some of the specific insurance terminology. If I had a choice, I'd go elsewhere, but that seems not to be an option.
