Bol som nuteny zrusit objednavku nakolko tovar skladom mi neposlali ani po 7 dnoch. Ceny a sortiment maju dobry ale vyladena logistika im znacne chyba. I do not observe the time of dispatch of the goods, which they have written on the page even after specifying what I write in the email. I was forced to cancel the order as the goods in stock were not sent to me even after 7 days. Prices and assortment are good, but well-tuned logistics make a significant mistake.

Dobrý dojem z inak drahého tovaru som nemala, polstrovanie vyzeralo byť poškriabané, buď to bol výstavný kus alebo použitý tovar a v prvom momente som ho chcela vrátiť... The bike seat I ordered came packed carelessly, it was neither in plastic (which was next to it in the box) nor in the original box, just lined with cardboard from Nestlé. I did not have a good impression of otherwise expensive goods, the padding seemed to be scratched, either it was an exhibition piece or used goods and at first I wanted to return it ...

Recenziu však upravujem po 8 mesiacoch od nákupu a nájdení problémov s brzdami . Bohužiaľ reklamácia tovaru nie je možná pomocou autorizovaného servisu. Brzdy sú pri oboch bicykloch ktoré som kúpil problémom , nezávislé mi to potvrdil servis v Prahe (pri posezonnom servise sme zistili že nejdú upraviť - po cca 10 km jazdy brzdy zmäknú) aj zastupca výrobcu. Aj napriek tomu obchod vyžaduje pre reklamáciu doručenie bicyklov do Náchoda. The purchase of 2 bikes via the Internet and delivery took place quickly, for which I thank the store and thus fulfilled the good feedback I heard about the store. However, I am editing the review 8 months after the purchase and finding problems with the brakes. Unfortunately, complaints about the goods are not possible with the help of an authorized service. The brakes are a problem with both bikes that I bought, it was independently confirmed to me by the service in Prague (during the post-season service we found out that they cannot be adjusted - after about 10 km of driving the brakes will soften) and the manufacturer's representative. Nevertheless, the store requires the delivery of bicycles to Náchod for complaints.

Takže za mě jeden z nejlepších obchodů s koly, který jsem navštívila. Snad budu spokojená i se servisem.
