However, it did not heat at all, which is quite a problem at sub-zero temperatures! The reaction is this: Well, you have to ride and not stand! So about 1200 km without a stop ?! The staff member was already slightly arrogant when I arrived at 4.30pm, even though they have until 6pm. But it was Sunday. A girlfriend was waiting for him. I understand. Windshield broken in 3 places. They say the customer did it now. Well, who would believe that? Such a car has nothing to do on the road. Take pictures of all the damage: I was told. And be sure to do that, because you will pay dearly for each scar. Probably calling for a low rent. They will probably like to deduct at least CZK 2,000 from the deposit, for glass, which they will not easily exchange CZK 10,000, ie the entire deposit. If you don't like it, the gentleman will use mafia jargon and pressure and say: ok, if you don't like 2000kc, we'll keep 10000kc! His robust figure will take care of what you decide! Unfortunately, I lost the lid of the box on the tow truck in the service, Skoda about 50kc, when the new box costs 660kc without VAT. Nevertheless, the owner wanted 2000kc, then 10000kc! If you don't like 2000kc, we'll keep the entire deposit !!! Is it obvious how most decide?!?! However, I am not afraid of the conflict or similar pressure, and after the threats, I only paid the police a new box, which they will certainly not buy. If I were afraid of a master or a conflict, it cost me CZK 2,000. A non-professional approach, where the rental company earns extra money by charging for inadequate damages, which it either has insured or does not repair at all. So what you don't take, you pay for someone else who also paid for it. In the end, it turns out they are not that cheap! I'm sorry I do not recommend! No star! We lost the little gray in the photo.

Great and fast agreement. helpful and kind staff. The car we rented was barely a few years old, in excellent condition, and according to what was in place, bad cars don't even have one. I'm looking forward to another loan.
