Stavba i předání proběhly perfektně a v termínu, na kterém jsme se dohodli. Na firmu jsme se obrátili, protože jsme měli velmi dobrou zkušenost z minulé dodávky oken, která je i po řadě let bez problémů. Práce byla provedena velmi kvalitně. Jedním z důvodů výběru AZ Ekotherm byla i zkušenost v minulosti, která je velmi pozitivní. Výrobek velmi dobře slouží do dnes (13 let). Okna máme na domě již 13 let, údržba jen voskem po umytí, lak na oknech do dnešní doby stále jako nový. Order, surveying and assembly without problem. Kvalita velmi špatná, u dřevěných oken se vyskytuje neustále uvnitř skel rosení, jedno nám již firma předělala další přes mnoho urgenci stále nic. Časem se poničil pojezd u velkých otvíracích dveří...přes mnoho žádostí o opravu firma stále nereaguje. Máme prý počkat...Skutečně nedoporučuji, zahradu vám sice postaví, ale s reklamacemi i placenými, po záruční době, je to naprosto příšerné!!! Nedoporučuji, nestojí to po letech,za ty nervy!!! Takže zimní zahrada úplně nefunkční. Při zadání zakázky budou kolem vás skákat , ale potom je jim úplně jedno, že nejdou otvírat dveře . Říkala jsem jim že nemůžeme využívat terasu a musíme obíhat celý dům, když chceme na zahradu.... nezájem! Po 2 letech jsem si musela zaplatit výměnu kování ve všech dveřích, protože už po tak krátké době nefungovali. A to se nejednalo jen o zimní zahradu! Takže z mého pohledu velmi nesolidní firma, která kouká jen na to jak z vás na začátku vytáhnout peníze a pak je nezajímáte , v horším případě budete platit dál za opravy ? So the winter garden completely non-functional. When placing an order, they will jump around you, but then they don't care that they can't open the door. I told them that we can't use the terrace and we have to go around the whole house if we want to go to the garden .... not interested! After 2 years, I had to pay for a replacement of the fittings in all the doors, because they didn't work after such a short time. And it wasn't just a winter garden! So, from my point of view, a very unreliable company that only looks at how to withdraw money from you at the beginning and then you are not interested in it, in the worst case, you will continue to pay for repairs ?
