★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám nejlepší zkušenost s panem Melicharem. Moje matka koupila od pana Melichara TV + komplet sadu včetně montáže. Již v létě začalo docházet k poruchám příjmu . Četnost poruch se zvyšovala. Chtěla jsem objednat opravu , nejprve jsem si měla zavolat následující týden, poté odpoledne, protože nemá u sebe diář a pak už mi pan Melichar několik dní telefon nevzal. Na zprávu nereagoval. Nakonec mi přeci jen odpověděl formou SMS, abychom si objednali opravu jinde. Pro úplnost uvádím, že matce je 90 roků a já bydlím 200 km daleko a to pan Melichar věděl.
I do not have the best experience with Mr Melichar. My mother bought a TV + complete set from Mr. Melichar, including assembly. Already in the summer, eating disorders began to occur. The frequency of failures was increasing. I wanted to order a repair, first I had to call the following week, then in the afternoon, because he didn't have a diary with him, and then Mr. Melichar didn't pick up my phone for a few days. He did not respond to the message. In the end, he just answered me via SMS to order a repair elsewhere. For the sake of completeness, I state that my mother is 90 years old and I live 200 km away, and Mr Melichar knew that.
