Neodborné a otrávené jednání. Velké fronty. I přesto, že jsme si chtěli koupit zboží, odešli jsme z důvodu dlouhého čekání a nemilého chování personálu. Neznám jména, ale ta patra co tam byla dnes 15.1.2022 večer byla vážně skvělá, což odpovídá i tomu, že toto je moje první recenze obchodu, kterou píšu. Perfektní přístup, příjemný přátelský pokec a vážně i srandičky.?.. jen aby ty sluchátka za těch pár korun alespoň chvíli vydržely. I really had fun today. Personál : - neochotný s otrávenými ksichty už při pozdravu - o zboží, které si chcete koupit má méně informací než kupující (často nemá žádné informace a dost si toho navymýšlí) - nejspíše placený jen od toho, aby psal kladné recenze - o tom jak se chová k seniorům ani snad nemluvě Reklamace: - když se po dvou hodinách od nákupu vrátíte do obchodu s tím, že zakoupené zboží prostě nefunguje, tak Vám odvětí s údivem: "no ale vy jste to použila, to my s tím už nic neuděláme" - když už se prodavač po dlouhém dialogu rozhodne konečně s Vámi reklamaci vůbec řešit, stejně do reklamačního protokolu napíše něco jiného než mu říkáte - nakonec Vám vyreklamované zboží vrátí, že s ním nic nebylo, ale výrobce popíše postup opravy, který je delší než snad samotný postup výroby produktu a jako bonus podstatná část obsahu balení chybí Do tohoto obchodu už z principu ani pro baterky do ovladače!
