★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dámy mě seřvaly za to, že jsem jim donesl klíč, který byl chybně udělán. Jelikož ony to nemohly za žádných okolností udělat špatně (protože v jejich vesmíru asi nelze udělat chyba). Prý jsem jim donesl jiný klíč, i když jiný nevlastním... Nemluvě o tom, že bych za případné klíče klidně zaplatil...
The ladies scolded me for bringing them a key that was wrongly made. Because they couldn't do it wrong under any circumstances (because you probably can't make a mistake in their universe). Apparently I brought them another key, even though I don't own another ... Not to mention that I would easily pay for any keys ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na mapech je napsáno, že mají otevřeno, jel jsem tam 15 minut, abych jsem zjistil, že mají zavřeno dle nařízení vlády ale proč klient se i tom dozví ve chvíli, kdy tam doráží ???? Paní otevřela a říkám dám vám radu - pokud máte dočasně uzavřenou provozovnu - dejte prosím změny na mapy Google, ať zákazník tam nejde zbytečně. Odpověděla že nedává nic na Google, neví s tím rady a já jako zákazník mám hledat informace někde na jejich stránkách. Ale během pandemie Google několikrát oslovoval majitele byznysu z dotazem zda-li nedošlo ke změnám v pracovní době a není-li nutné to dát na Google maps. Ostuda

The lady has opened and I tell you to advise - if you have a temporary closure - please make changes to Google Maps so that the customer does not go there unnecessarily. She replied that she didn't put anything on Google, she didn't know how to do it, and as a customer I should look for information somewhere on their website. But during the pandemic, Google approached business owners several times to ask if there were any changes in working hours and if it was not necessary to put it on Google maps. Shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this place to find a way to break my lock because I locked my bag with the key inside of it. They didn’t speak English, and at the begging they didn’t have the right equipments to help me, but the women started to search for tools that could help and then they broke the lock. I asked how much they wanted for it, but they just said it was ok without payment. Really helpful women. Loved the treatment.
