★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měsíc objednaný kočár, korba na přesný termín na předvedení. Přijela jsem až z Prahy a nic neměli. Prý až za týden. Přitom pan majitel sliboval, že to bude a že zavolá, kdyby se cokoliv zpozdilo. Při návštěvě mi bylo sdeleno, že jsem si měla zavolat sama. Tak tady už nikdy! Absolutne nedoporučuju!
Month ordered carriage, tipper for the exact date for the show. I came all the way from Prague and they had nothing. Supposedly in a week. At the same time, the owner promised that it would be and that he would call if anything was delayed. During the visit, I was told that I should have called myself. So never here again! Absolutely not recommended!

Po objednávce nepřišel žádný potvrzovací e-mail, musela jsem si telefonicky ověřovat, kdy vlastně zboží bude a budou odesílat, když na webu uvádí, že zboží mají skladem.
Další věc, která proběhla úplně špatně, zboží jsem zaplatila přes účet a oni odeslali na dobírku, takže při převzetí zboží chtěl kurýr po mě znova platbu za objednané zboží.
A na závěr, objednala jsem si příslušenství ke kočárku v šedé barvě, po otevření balíčku jsem zjistila, že poslali v černé, což mi vůbec nepasuje ke kočárku. Takže už nikdy víc!
Never again .. everything from the beginning of the order wrong!
There was no confirmation e-mail after the order, I had to check by phone when the goods will actually be and will be sent when the website states that the goods are in stock.
Another thing that went completely wrong, I paid for the goods through the account and they sent cash on delivery, so when taking over the goods, the courier wanted me to pay again for the ordered goods.
And finally, I ordered the accessories for the stroller in gray, after opening the package, I found out that they sent in black, which does not fit my stroller at all. So never again!

Poslano jako obchodni balik,takze nevite,kdy vam zasilka prijde.Uz nikdy vice!Bohuzel,skoda,ze jsem nelze davat foto.Opravdu nebylo radne zabaleno od tohoto obchu,kde jsem objednavala!!!!A vymlouvat se na to,ze Cybex sedacky dodava v hromadne zasilce,je neadekvatni.Serioznost tohoto obchodu,at zvazi kazdy budouci zakaznik.

Sent as a business package, so you do not know when the shipment will come to you.Never again!
