The food is not bad. Unfortunately, the staff looks like they just went through Covid 19. A little smile wouldn't hurt. In addition, the girls in front do not use gloves and reach for everything with their hands.

Perfect fast food. Very tasty baguettes, soups ... the service is quite pleasant. There is nothing to add, maybe just, we will come again

Although we were the only customers at that time, our order was late. Miss did not offer us a menu or student discount when ordering - when asked after payment, she told us that we would have to order another baguette to claim the discount. The rest of the staff also looked very annoyed. Tastefully the baguette was fine, except that most of the contents were baked from the outside.

Overpriced baguettes are warm but the meat inside is cold, I already know that I will not come here or recommend it to anyone, I prefer Subway

A visit to BB was one big disappointment. The choice of food is almost zero. The price for food is not so great, especially considering that the restaurant is located in Olympia Brno. However, the amount of ingredients in the baguette was meager. The sauce that was supposed to be part was just in the middle of the baguette and the rest was dry. I didn't wait too long for food, but no one was in front of me or behind me. The service issuing the order was completely reluctant, even annoying. She couldn't say the slightest smile (which she WOULD see, given that she had no veil, respirator, or any airway cover) and when I even DOUBLE asked for a bag of food that I had clearly ordered with me, sighing and twisting it his head spoke for everything. The fact that he cannot / refuses to greet is a chapter in itself. When I had eaten the baguette and was about to wipe my mouth and hands with the included napkin, I was unpleasantly surprised by ONE small, thin napkin that barely covered my mouth. You better not give it a napkin and rather say you forgot, because this is a complete mockery. In other words, I really won't go to BB again, and not at Olympia Brno at all, where I can order a baguette for a small surcharge in Subway, where the staff is pleasant and can advise / point out and where they won't save me both ingredients and decent behavior.

An ideal place if you want a quick snack or just want a good baguette. Just watch out for "quickie". The lady will offer you that if you order Ice Tea, you have a quickie for only 39 CZK (instead of 49 CZK). A clever strategy to increase the amount. But that didn't matter at all. I always like to come back here, friendly staff and fewer people even in busy times.

I was interested in the Portuguese offer, I had cabbage soup. I was there for the first time and I was satisfied. Both with service and with food. I'm sure to go back and taste the main dish. Pleasant sitting.
