★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly convenient location, order takers speak sufficiently good English for fast food conditions, but the little young lady taking order was as rude as hell to my female colleague. Not good service. And if a customer orders fries/frytki then ketchup should be offered free instead of for what? a few Czech crowns 20 seconds after we charged the card for a CZK750 dinner and consummated the transaction. Not a pleasant experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The slowest fast-food i ever seen - 20 minutes waiting time for two simple menus, all employers are chatting in the side room with icecream. Cola is some cola-water mixture, tastes like a cheap Tesco-value cola after 2 days on the sunlight.
