★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moje první zkušenost s tímto podnikem byla před rokem v Praze. Bylo to hodně dobrý (velká bageta hodně plněna, horká). Včera v Plaze to byl opak: malá, hubeňoučka, málo plněna a studená bageta. K tomu jsem si ještě vzala krevetovou novinku, která neměla žádnou chuť a vypadala jinak než na obrázku v menu. Zatím moje nejhorší zkušenost a vyhozené peníze do větru.
 My first experience with this company was a year ago in Prague. It was very good (big baguette very stuffed, hot). Yesterday in the Plaza it was the opposite: a small, thin, little stuffed and cold baguette. In addition, I took a shrimp novelty, which had no taste and looked different than in the picture in the menu. So far my worst experience and thrown money into the wind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Očekávání se značně rozchází se skutečností. Domácí citronáda jedině v plastu, bez limetek a bez máty (viz fotografie příloze). Nedivil bych se chemicky ošetřeným citrónům (jejichž pouhé tři měsíčky plavaly v láhvi – další rozdíl oproti prezentovanému produktu) a umělým aromatům. Umaštěné sáčky a misky jsou zákazníkům předávány zcela bez ostychu.
Expectations vary widely from reality. Homemade lemonade only in plastic, without limes and without mint (see photos attached). I would not be surprised by chemically treated lemons (whose only three months floated in the bottle - another difference compared to the presented product) and artificial flavors. Greased bags and bowls are handed over to customers without shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší Bageterie co jsem zažil, Zkusil jsem dvakrát. Dnes naposled. dostal jsem suchou tortilu. I bagety mají ošizené jako nikde jinde.
The worst baguette I've ever experienced, I've tried twice. Last time today. I got a dry tortilla. Even baguettes have been ripped off like nowhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velice špatná zkušenost již podruhé, co jsem na této pobočce si něco dával... Tentokrát slečna na kase totálně selhala a namarkovala mi něco jiného, než jsem chtěl. Takže přišla manažerka a ta všechno už vyřídila... Celkově to působilo velice chaoticky.
A very bad experience for the second time since I had something at this branch ... This time the young lady at the cash register completely failed and marked something different than I wanted. So the manager came and she took care of everything ... Overall, it seemed very chaotic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi milé slečny na obsluze. Boršč Charkov a bageta Kyjev naprosto výborné. Nemám nic, co bych mohl vytknout.
Děkuji vám i celému řetězci Bageterie Boulevard, že v současné nelehké situaci pomáháte.
Very nice ladies on the staff. Borsch Kharkov and baguette Kyiv absolutely excellent. I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bageterie je velice chutná pokud si ji nedáte tady v Plaze. Objednala jsem si grilled roastbeef a byla jsem velice zklamaná (už zase). Bageta nevypadala vůbec jako na reklamním poutači, pár kousků masa a trochu čedaru...takovou bych si zvládla udělat doma a vyšlo by to levněji. Nechci kritizovat celou bageterii, ale tato pobočka je děs a hrůza, víc se vyplatí dojít si na Rondel, kde je kvalita ohodně lepší.
Prosím udělejte něco s touto pobočkou, je to jen zklamání
The baguette is very tasty if you don't have it here in the Plaza. I ordered a grilled roast beef and I was very disappointed (again). The baguette didn't look like an advertising banner at all, a few pieces of meat and a little cheddar ... I could make one at home and it would be cheaper. I don't want to criticize the whole baguette, but this branch is terrible and horrible, it pays more to go to Rondel, where the quality is much better.
Please do something with this branch, it's just a disappointment
