Maso ledový, někdo asi zapomněl postup přípravy, hurá s tím do koše :) The quality has deteriorated a lot since the past, it's a shame. Meat iced, someone probably forgot the preparation process, hurray with it in the trash :)

Bageta byla uvnitř úplně studená,vrátila jsem jí. Zapomněl mi jí někdo zapéct ??‍♀️ přátelé, za ty prachy,fakt fuj. A to chování k tomu?? Už nás tam nikdy,nikdo neuvidí!! Terror!!! The staff behind the cash register reluctant, uncomfortable and nervous. I understand that it was easy after 9 pm and everyone was already looking forward to home, but don't do the work. The baguette was completely cold inside, I returned it. Someone forgot to bake it for her ??‍♀️ friends, for the money, really yikes. And the behavior to that ?? Never again, no one will see us again !!

Bageta byla úplně studená, maso bylo bez chuti, brambory také studené, majonéza na nich skoro nebyla, ledový čaj teplý....na jidlo se čekalo poměrně dlouho oproti jiným pobočkám a personál také nebyl 2x příjemný....takže píšu, znova velké zklamání...? I visit the baguette quite often, but this Hradec Králové branch is a big disappointment. The baguette was completely cold, the meat was tasteless, the potatoes were also cold, the mayonnaise was almost not on them, the iced tea was warm .... the food was waited quite a long time compared to other branches and the staff was also not pleasant .... so I write, again big disappointment ... ?
M	Michaela Špeldová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chtěla jsem Caesar bagetu s kuřecím masem a asi si slečna zapomněla vyměnit rukavice po tuňáku a celá bageta je cítit po rybině plus v půlce bagetě byl tuňák… Velké zklamání I wanted a Caesar baguette with chicken and probably the young lady forgot to change her gloves for tuna and the whole baguette can smell like fish, plus half of the baguette was tuna… Big disappointment
s	simona halířová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva po pár měsících dopadla tak, že už tam nevkročím.Personál je očividně nahluchlý, protože i přes můj hlas, který slyšeli všichni za mnou, mě paní neslyšela. Bagety byli sice rychle připraveny, ale staly za nic. Nebyli vůbec propečené, suroviny byly poskladané na kraji, aby to vypadalo a i přesto nevypadaly vábně. Měli jsme dvě bagety v menu. Suroviny obsahově nic moc, jak jsem již psala ohledně vzhledu a rozpečenosti. Musím zmínit i cibulku, kterou jsem si musela vyndat, protože byla hořká jako blázen. Brambory chutnaly, jak kdyby byly udělány včera a lehce přihřáté dneska. Byly studené a omáčka na nich byla tak na 3 kusy. Byla jsem dlouholetým zákazníkem před covidem bageterie ve Futuru a jediné, co mě na tom všem nezklamalo byl čaj. Návštěva mě velice zklamala a doporučuji vyhledat jinou bageterii v okolí a příště se první podívala na recenze dané pobočky.. Toto místo mě zklamalo a myslím, že už se k další návštěvě neodhodlám. Today's visit, after a few months, turned out so that I would not enter there. The staff is obviously deaf, because despite my voice, which was heard by everyone behind me, the lady did not hear me. The baguettes were ready quickly, but they were worthless. They weren't baked at all, the ingredients were stacked on the edge to make it look and yet they didn't look attractive. We had two baguettes on the menu. The content of the ingredients is not much, as I have already written about the appearance and toast. I must also mention the onion I had to take out because it was as bitter as crazy. The potatoes tasted as if they were made yesterday and slightly overheated today. They were cold and the sauce on them was about 3 pieces. I was a long-time customer before the baguette shop in Futur and the only thing that didn't disappoint me was tea. The visit disappointed me a lot and I recommend looking for another baguette in the area and next time she first looked at the reviews of the branch. This place disappointed me and I don't think I will decide for another visit.
Š	Štěpánka Šubrtová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 14.1.2022 jsme si s přítelem dali bagetu s trhaným masem a můžu říct, ze hnusnější jidlo jsem neměla. Maso bylo samý pepř a nejspíš nebylo čerstvé. Celé odpoledne mi nebylo dobře a to jsem nesnědla ani čtvrt bagety? Today, January 14, 2022, my friend and I had a baguette with shredded meat, and I can say that I didn't have a disgusting meal. The meat was just pepper and probably not fresh. I was not feeling well all afternoon and I didn't eat a quarter of a baguette
D	Dzirex on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takže, ve středu 16.3 jsem si dal bagetku v bageterii ve futuru, obsluhoval mě moc příjemný a sympaticky tloustik s rovnatky, bageta velmi dobrá, obsluha ještě víc. Těším se na další návštěvu. :) So, on Wednesday, March 16, I had a baguette in a baguette in the future, I was served by a very nice and likeable fat man with braces, a very good baguette, the service even more. I look forward to another visit. :)
L	Lucie Čermáková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Škoda že nelze dát 0. Tuto pobočku jsem už párkrát navštívila a vždy mi chutnalo, ale to co vydávají teď to je hrůza. Dala jsem si MasterChef bagetu. Chápu že není ve vašich silách dodržet 100% receptu, ale bageta by měla být aspoň trochu poživatelná a vzhledná. To co jsem dostala nesplňovalo ani jednu možnost. Maso nebylo dobré a ještě k tomu samá šlacha. Bageta má obsahovat francouzský sýr Comté, ten tam snad ani nebyl a pokud ano tak nebyl ani vidět ani cítit. Nelze než jen dodat "chudák Givi". It's a pity I can't give 0. I've visited this branch a few times and I've always liked it, but what they're releasing now is horrible. I had a MasterChef baguette. I understand that you can't follow the 100% recipe, but the baguette should be at least a little edible and good-looking. What I got did not meet either option. The meat was not good and so was the tendon. The baguette is supposed to contain French Comté cheese, which was probably not there and if so, it was neither visible nor felt. We can only add "poor Givi".
