Krom toho zdržení vše v pořádku. I write this review because I have a lot of time to bring my shoes to try. The lady who gives shoes is very nice, but she is poor and alone. Besides, delay everything in order.
A	Aleš Kubíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdybych mohl, tak nedám hvězdu žádnou. Ve čtvrtek jsem si koupil boty a hned následující den koukám že jsou obě rozpárané. Ihned jsem je jel reklamovat. To, ze si mne přehazovali jako horký brambor jsem přešel, stejně tak zdlouhavé vyplňování reklamačního protokolu kde jsem uvedl, že chci peníze zpět. Za tři týdny jsem obdržel sms kde mi oznamují, že boty opravili zašitím. Zvedl jsem telefon, kde jsem jim v klidu oznámil, že prostě zašité boty nechci. Paní na telefonu mi oznamila, ze se se mnou nehodlá vůbec bavit a mám je dat k soudu. Tak tomu říkám přístup. Mám chuť tam vlitnout a vypleskat je všechny. Takze v A3sportu mě už nikdo neuvidi. Rozhodně nedoporučuji!!!!!!!!!!! If I could, I wouldn't give a star. I bought shoes on Thursday and the next day I see that they are both torn apart. I immediately went to complain about them. I went over the fact that they tossed me like a hot potato, as well as the lengthy filling in of the complaint protocol, where I stated that I wanted the money back. In three weeks I received an SMS informing me that the shoes had been sewn together. I picked up the phone and calmly told them I just didn't want the shoes sewn together. The lady on the phone told me that she did not intend to talk to me at all and that I should take them to court. That's what I call an approach. I feel like getting in there and slapping them all. So no one will see me in A3sport anymore. Definitely not recommended !!!!!!!!!!!

Prý to není výrobní vada, a pokud chci jejich tvrzení vyvrátit, mám si to nechat posoudit znalcem v oboru. Jinak v A3sportu si kupuji (nejen) boty několikrát do roka, ale po tomhle už si tam žádný kupovat nehodlám. L	Ládon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pobočka v OC Futurum Hradec Králové je naprostá katastrofa co se týče personálu,přijdu tam s prosbou o radu,že potřebuji poradit s koupí dámského sportovního setu pro přítelkyni (jsem muž), paní na pokladně nevěděla vůbec nic,zavolala kolegyni která mi od té pokladny ukázala prstem, že požadovaný sortiment mají tam a tam.Udělám zmateně dva kroky od pokladny,ohlédnu se a už tam stály 4 a doslova se mi smály do obličeje,asi velká atrakce, že jde muž koupit dámské oblečení.Chvilku prohlížím,ale za toto jednání říkám nashle a nakupuji v intersportu s naprosto odlišným přístupem.Na tuto pobočku již nikdy více.
