Historie zastávky se váže k počátkům provozu na trati Turnovsko - Kralupsko - Pražské dráhy, na které byl provoz vlaků zahájen v říjnu 1865. V létě 1890, kdy byla vybudována, šlo o zastávku se sypaným nástupištěm a jednoduchou dřevěnou čekárnou bez oken. Během let byla zastávka využívána čím dál větším počtem cestujících a tak byla čekárna přestavěna a u ní vybudován přístavek s prodejem jízdenek, v roce 1927 je už čekárna izolována a vytápěna kamny. Poslední velké přestavby se dočkala zastávka v roce 2014, kdy byly staré stavby zbourány a na jejich místě vystavěna nová moderní venkovní čekárna, rekonstruováno bylo i nástupiště a upraven byl celý prostor přístupu k zastávce a její okolí. Рядом есть булочная и бистро, где можно выпить кофе. Перрон один. Есть на остановке крыша и место, где можно оставить велосипед. The city center is very close to the bus stop. Also nearby is a "pub" with good draft beer. So you won't be bored. There is a bakery and a bistro nearby where you can enjoy coffee. The platform is one.
