Zaměstnanci věstšinou nepříjemní, dezorientovaní, telefonická linka nefunguje a nelze nic rychle vyřešit. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. Deliverers at this depot DISASTROFAL! Employees are usually annoying, disoriented, the telephone line does not work and nothing can be resolved quickly.
M	Martin Navratil on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pozor! Balíkovna se nenachází na pobočce České pošty v Ladově ulici,ale kousek vedle na vrátnici respektive vedle vrátnice Depa České pošty. Zeptejte se vrátného ten ví všechno jak skoro každý slušný vrátný :-) Na pracovní dobu 24 hodin nonstop se nespoléhejte to má maximálně vrátnice. Paní co mě vydávala balík tak říkala že mají otevřeno spíše od 8-17 hodin a o víkendu do 12 hodin.Je lepší si zavolat mimo tuhle dobu. Attention! Naprosto marné se kamkoliv dovolat přes to, že jsem byl SMS obeznámen, že zásilka bude doručena od 08:00 do 14:00 se nic nedělo i když již je 15:15 žádná relevantní informace. Naprosto odstrašující přístup této organizace !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never outsource the ČP service, an absolutely unreliable organization, neither the driver nor the depot responds to any phone call regarding the status of the shipment. Absolutely useless to call anywhere despite the fact that I was SMS informed that the shipment will be delivered from 08:00 to 14:00, nothing happened even if there is no longer 15:15 relevant information. J	Jan Vinš on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neprofesionální přístup. Posílal jsem balíček vysoké hodnoty, který v pořádku doputoval z Olomouce do Prahy a následně zpět, avšak ke mě se již nedostal. Systém i zaměstnanci, které jsem kontaktoval mě informovali, že byl balíček ztracen v Depu Olomouc 72. Je velmi zvláštní, že se ztratil zrovna zde. Níže publikované recenze evidentně vypovídají o tom, co je každému jasné - balíčky se zde prostě a jednoduše kradou! Nejhorší na tom je, že nikdo nemá ani nejmenší snahu dopátrat se, co se vlastně stalo a vše se jen tak smete ze stolu. Absolutely unprofessional approach. I sent a package of high value, which arrived safely from Olomouc to Prague and then back, but did not reach me anymore. The system and the employees I contacted informed me that the package was lost at the Olomouc 72 Depot. It is very strange that it was lost here. The reviews published below obviously tell you what is clear to everyone - packages are simply stolen here! The worst part is that no one has the slightest effort to find out what actually happened and everything is just wiped off the table.

Dnes ráno mi přišel email, že mě bude řidič informovat o čase doručení. Řidič zavolal, jakmile byl na místě. Vůbec jej nezajímalo, že nejsem z Olomouce, že potřebuji vědět předem, kdy mi balíček doručí. Balík do ruky má 35 kg, já 50 kg a vůbec ho nezajímalá, že balík potřebuji doručit na místo, protože ho asi těžko unesu. Ještě mě odkázal na špatnou poštu, kde si m balík údajně vyzvednout. Velmi neprofesionální přístup. Absolutely no one answers the phones. I tried to call for over 3 hours. It's either a long call or it's busy. I received an email this morning that the driver will inform me about the time of delivery. The driver called as soon as he was there. He was not at all interested in the fact that I was not from Olomouc, that I needed to know in advance when he would deliver the package to me. The package in my hand is 35 kg, I am 50 kg and he is not at all interested in the fact that I need to deliver the package to the place, because it will probably be difficult to carry it. He also referred me to the wrong post office, where I allegedly picked up the package. Very unprofessional approach.

Opakovaně volám na depo – nikdo nezvedá telefon. I ta jedna hvězdička v hodnocení je pro tento zbytečný spolek moc! They should dissolve or sell this whole company to the Chinese. The package is again undelivered and stored directly at the post office. Nothing in the inbox. At the infoline - contact the depot. I call the depot repeatedly - no one answers the phone. Even the one star in the rating is too much for this useless association!

Tam by vám to měli zvednout. Shipment delivery has been resolved. The availability of the line solves: it is a personnel problem. If you can't call, try 954 394 717 instead. They should pick you up there.
