Nemám zkušenost s prodejnou a zahradnictvím, ale ta eshopová mi stačila, takhle moje babi prodávala okurky, nedoporučuju.. Unfortunately bad experience ... Později vám zavolá pomocnice vedoucího, co jste chtěl. Pak se dozvíte, že e-shop již nefunguje, až příští sezónu. Nikde na stránkách ani při objednání o tom není zmíňka. Buďte tedy opatrní a hlavně nespoléhejte moc na dodání. Jako omluvu jsem obdržel kázání, že v mrazu přeci nebudou nic pěstovat. To je pravda a to plně respektuji. Jen by bylo fér v tu dobu podvodně neprovozovat eshop a uzavřít ho. Chápu, že asi moc neumí s počítačem, nicméně to nevynahradí nedodanou objednávku. E-shop will let you make an order. Jednu rostlinu již neměli, ale paní ze zahradnictví mi to volala a byl mi nabídnut řízek rostliny zdarma s tím, že se mohu pokusit si rostlinu vypěstovat sama takto. Nicméně jednu hvězdičku odebírám za to, že jsem rostliny objednala v březnu, do emailu mi přišlo potvrzení objednávky i s informací, že mají tropický a subtropický sortiment a tak začnou zasílat až když bude tepleji a to během dubna. OK, zní to logicky, ale pak bylo ticho po pěšině. Paní mi volala ohledně mé objednávky až v první půlce června. Do té doby nikdo nereagoval na e-mail, kdy to tak vidí s odesláním objednávky. Ano, byl chladnější květen a já chápu, že přírodě neporučíte, ale třeba hromadný email o tom, že dojde ke zpoždění objednávek z důvodu počasí, by nebyl na škodu.
