★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vlastne prijemna obsluha a objednavka ihned k vyzvednuti, ale jdu jeste o 100 lehci (doufam, ze to nebyl zamer, ale jen chyba v poctech). Platila jsem objednávky dve zvlast... Jednu za necelych 90 a druhou za 74 a z 500 jsem dostala zpatky jen 200 a nejake drobne( 20, 10 a jeste nejake mensi) a uvedomila jsem si to az kdyz jsem odesla.
 Actually friendly service and order immediately to pick up, but I'm still 100 easier (I hope it was not the focus, but just a mistake in the honors). I paid two orders separately ... One for less than 90 and the other for 74 and out of 500 I got back only 200 and some small ones (20, 10 and even some smaller) and I realized it when I left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně MEGA super. Velice milá a ochotná obsluha. Naprostá spokojenost. A to jsem vlastně dost nepříjemný zákazník a napsat takovou recenzí mě stálo mnoho úsilí, ale je to fakt Bestofka bez balónků už ani ránu
Absolutely MEGA great. Very nice and helpful staff. Absolute satisfaction. And I'm actually quite an annoying customer and it cost me a lot of effort to write such a review, but it's really Bestof without balloons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velky vyber zbozi pro oslavy. Co je na netu maji primo na teto prodejne. Je lepsi si zajit do teto prodejny a vybrat si zbozi. Napriklad balonky mohou mit na nwtu jinou barvu nez ve skutecnosti. Ceny jsou privetive.
Large selection of goods for celebrations. What is on the net they have directly at this store. It is better to go to this store and choose the goods. For example, balloons may have a different color on the web than they actually are. Prices are privetive.

One of the male attendants spoke very unpleasantly to me & my husband because we were standing behind the counter while choosing the balloon color for our son’s first birthday. The female attendant who has been helping us the whole time and didn’t say a word about where we were standing then made a face and started laughing like “I know, these two idiots are unbelievable”. We then proceeded to choose everything else we needed for the party and paid more than 1000 Kc to someone who was rude to us because we didn’t have time to go look for another store. I left the store feeling sad that I allowed someone to speak to me like that and that I gave my honestly earned money to this store. I still feel it several hours after. This is not okay. I hope someone in charge reads this and makes the right conclusions. You are supposed to bring joy to people not school them like primary school children.
