★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V obchodě je spousta věcí a tak se tam špatně hledá. Personál, když ví poradí. U některého zboží bohužel není napsáno k čemu to je nebo na co to slouží. Nenašla jsem to na popisku ani na kelímku. Dost mě mrzelo, že mi paní na kase odmítla rozmenit 50kc byť jsem tam nakoupila. Chápu, že tam chodí hodně lidí si jen tak rozmenit, ale jako zákazník jsem čekala milejší přístup. Příště spíše půjdu jinam.
There are a lot of things in the store, and so there is a bad search. Staff when they know the order. Unfortunately, for some goods it is not written for what it is or what it is for. I didn't find it on the label or the cup. I was very sorry that the lady at the cashier refused to change my 50kc though I bought it. I understand that a lot of people go there just to change, but as a customer I was expecting a nicer approach. Next time I go somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal absolutně neví co má nebo nemá, co vlastne prodává. Zboží nelze vyzkoušet. Panenku co jezdí na koníkovi jsme si museli najít sami, což se nám asi po 30 minutách povedlo. U zboží za 3000 je to nepochopitelné. Zkrátka servis na place nula. Jinak prodejna dobře vybavená a personál na pokladně milý.

For 3000 items, this is incomprehensible. In short, the service on place zero. Otherwise, the shop well-equipped and the staff at the checkout nice.
