★ ★ ★ ★ ★ První, co slušný člověk udělá, když vejde do obchodu je, že pozdraví. Zpětná vazba od slečny co se opírala o regál byla nulová. Ptám se na hračku pro mimino 7 měsicu a prý mám jít o patro výš, tam je oddělení pro mimina. Vcházím do prvního patra, zdravím, opět nic. Ok, asi se nezdraví ani ve vyšším patře. Vybírám hračku ovšem sama, protože paní prodavačka se absolutně nezajímá o to, co zákazníci (jediní v obchodě) shánějí. Vydávám se tedy za paní sama a ptám se na nějaké hračky pro 7měs. mimino, ale odpověď paní, že sedmiměsíční mimino si s ničím nehraje mě dostala a odcházím. Za me, 0 hvězdiček za obě patra.
 The first thing a decent person does when he enters a store is to say hello. The feedback from the lady who was leaning on the shelf was zero. I ask about baby toy for 7 months and supposed to go upstairs, there is baby department. I walk to the first floor, hello, nothing again. Okay, probably not even on the upper floor. However, I choose the toy myself, because the saleswoman is absolutely not interested in what the customers (the only ones in the store) are looking for. So I impersonate myself and ask for some toys for 7 months. baby, but the answer to the lady that the seven-month baby with nothing plays got me and leave. For me, 0 stars for both floors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negativní zkušenost, měl přijet komplet s 6 ks letadel pro maleho a prijel 1 ks. Prodejce mě uvedl v omyl, vystavil fakturu s 6 ks, reklamaci zamítl a navrhl vrácení zboží, čehož nejsem schopen jelikož prostě nebudu brát malému hračku kvůli cizímu pochybeni. Nedoporučuji online nákup.
Negative experience, he had to come complete with 6 pieces of aircraft for the male and arrived 1 piece. The seller misled me, issued an invoice with 6 pieces, rejected the complaint and suggested the return of the goods, which I am not able to because I simply will not take the small toy due to someone else's mistake. I do not recommend online shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent small sized toy store. I spent over 10,000kc here on Christmas presents and was told I couldn't make a return on one item on the 14th day despite a 14 day return policy. The cashier was clearly lazy and did everything she could to get out of doing a return, including ignoring their own return policy. Buyer beware.
