Kadeřnictví Klier - Galerie Šantovka

Konceptem sítě těchto kadeřnictví je nemožnost rezervace, takže když přijdete vždy můžete čekat a to někdy i delší dobu. Každopádně čekání zato stojí.

Kdybych mohla uvést více hvězdiček, rozhodně neváhám! Slečna Kristýna je velice milá a profesionální kadeřnice! Přišla jsem s rezavou barvou od kořínků do délek blond (ta začala po dvou dnech zelenat) a jelikož byly přede mnou svátky, tak jsem navštívila tento salón. Rozhodně jsem chybu neudělala a ráda budu navštěvovat tento salón i nadále! Přišla jsem s prosbou o spravení celých vlasů ihned se mi ostatní milé slečny věnovaly a ihned kontaktovaly zástupkyni vedoucí Kristýnku. Slečna byla tak ochotná, že konzultovala možnosti ihned přes telefon a fotografie a na druhý den, hned ráno, se mě ujala a pracovala na mých vlasech neskutečných 5 hodin! Výsledek stál za to! Vlasy přesně dle mých představ, po předešlém opravdu ošklivém zásahu do vlasů, po odbarvování a pod. jsem měla vlasy opět hebké, ucelené a bez větších známek poškození díky regeneraci, kterou mi doporučila. Je to měsíc a i přes to mám vlasy ve studené blond a po rezavé barvě není stopy! Dámy neváhejte, zde opravdu chybu neuděláte a zaručeně budete spokojené ! :-)

Suprová péče na vysoké úrovni. Velice příjemné prostředí , skvelé kadeřnice . Barvení zcela dle mých představ a střih také. Cením přesné dodržení domluvené délky stříhání. zrzavé před a tmavé po.MAXIMÁLNÍ SPOKOJENOST .

Worste than ever .. asked me to wait for 1 hour and nothing happen .. she was so rude to say me for waiting. Where in salon was empty no guest over there . Wow

Worst salon ever come across in my life. They kept me waiting for 3 hours and came to say "our colleague can no longer work today" when I asked the reason, they suddenly became unable to understand English, saying "Nerozmim". Seriously I have never seen such an insincere people ever before. I usually go to Studio Felix and they are finally the best here in Olomouc.

First time and last time I'd go there. I'm only writing this review so foreign people avoid the mistake I did. The staff does not speak English and all and would do nothing to understand you. The haircut is so bad I have to do modifications in order to have a decent result. The hairdresser forgot to cut some part of my hair. I have never witnessed that. I can sum up this critique in three words: Do not go.

The hairdresser rolled her eyes when I said I didn't speak czech. She really didn't want anything to do with me Told me to wait for 15 min. After 30 I try to ask again and she said 20 min. Then they leave the store without telling me anything. When they came back, they ignored me even though I was talking to them. Haircut was under average. Would not recommend to any foreigner/Erasmus.

Despite the common stigma of hairdressers that they never listen?, I was lucky that this wasn't the case here. at least for my experience with Magdaléna . After 3 months from the last haircut (due to the quarantine) I went to Klier barbershop. you can imagine how I looked like a caveman. Magdaléna was a considerate coiffure, who was totally kind and professional. She has brilliant communication skills in addition to her dexterous hairdressing skill. So before clipping she was keen to demonstrate how much she would cut, this is tremendously helpful because ending up with a shorter haircut than expected is depressing for me. I also enjoyed the small talk with her as she really knows how to strike a balance between talking too much and the awkward unfriendly silence. I have to say that I am a foreigner but I speak Czech, so I don't know if she or other staff speak English. Generally speaking Klier barbershop has a positive atmosphere. It cost me 330 CZK (without tip) for a traditional haircut plus two hair showers at the washbasin. I am satisfied, it was worth every penny. P.S no booking system now, they are dealing with the crowds seeking a haircut because the lock-down ceased 10 days ago, I had to wait for about three hours in the line. As a preventive measure against Covid19 a limited amount of people can be inside, I had to wait outside standing, this was exhausting and time-consuming.
