Jako malá rodinná firma, minimum diskrétnosti, nemají ani regulérní pokladnu na prosté finanční operace. 3-4 zaměstnanci navíc na vás při odchodu přes celou pobočku zcela zbytečně vykřikují "Nashledanou!" jako prodavačky v Lidlu... Absolutně nízká úroveň. Shaking, unprofessionalism, does not inspire confidence (the basis of banking ...). As a small family business, a minimum of confidentiality, they do not even have a regular cash register for simple financial operations. 3-4 extra employees shout unnecessarily "Goodbye!" as a shop assistant at Lidl ... Absolutely low levels.

CREDITAS: Musíte tam napsat i číslo účtu, který chcete zrušit. Já: Napsal jsme tedy znova. CREDITAS: A taky nám musíte poslat vyfocenou občanku Já: To si snad děláte srandu. OP posláno. CREDITAS: A teď nám vyplňte a pošlete podepsaný tento formulář. Já: Posláno. A teď čekám, co ještě přijde. Zkrátka tragédi. Jako kdyby ty instrukce nemohli napsat hned kompletní. CREDITAS: Now fill out and send us this signed form. Me: Sent. And now I'm waiting for what's to come. In short, tragedy. As if they couldn't write the instructions right away.
R	Radka Krausová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spolupráce s bankou jako s partnerem tragická. Hypotéční poradci nespolupracují, na dotazy nereagují, nelze se s nimi spojit žádnou formou. Nereagují na email, sms, nezvedají telefon. Klienti čekají dlouhé týdny, ba dokonce měsíce , na vyřízení hypotéky. Rezervační smlouvy na koupi nemovitosti propadnou termínem, protože banka není schopna hypotéku začít řešit. Banka inkasuje poplatek za odhad, poté jej znovu zaplatíte odhadci. Na žádost k navrácení peněz nikdo nereaguje. Pokud hypotéční specialista marodí a nebo čerpá dovolenou, proces se zcela zastaví. Nedoporučuji spolupráci ani poradcům a ani klientům. Kolegové mě varovali, abych s touto bankou na hypotéce nespolupracovala. Mé klienty zlákala nízká úroková sazba. Oba však nedobrovolně spolupráci ukončili. Jeden přišel o rezervaci nemovitosti a druhý se dosud pokouší získat peníze za odhad a protokol o odhadu, který duplicitně uhradil bance i odhadci. Něco takového jsem dosud nezažila. Zvážila bych hlavně kaskadérský kousek vzít si u Creditas hypotéku na výstavbu. Hvězdičku bych nedala ani jednu, ale to mě nepustí recenzi zveřejnit! Cooperation with the bank as a tragic partner. Mortgage advisers do not cooperate, they do not respond to questions, it is not possible to contact them in any form. They do not respond to email, sms, do not answer the phone. Clients wait long weeks, even months, to settle their mortgage. Booking contracts for the purchase of real estate will expire because the bank is not able to start resolving the mortgage. The bank collects the estimate fee, then you pay it again to the appraiser. No one responds to a refund request. If a mortgage specialist marries or takes a vacation, the process stops completely. I do not recommend cooperation to consultants or clients. My colleagues warned me not to cooperate with this bank on the mortgage. My clients were lured by the low interest rate. However, both involuntarily terminated their cooperation. One has lost the reservation of real estate and the other is still trying to raise money for an estimate and an estimate protocol, which was paid in duplicate by the bank and the appraiser. I have never experienced anything like this. I would consider a stunt piece to take out a construction mortgage with Creditas. I wouldn't give one a star, but that won't let me publish a review!

Hypotéky u této banky nemají absolutně žádný smysl řešit, protože neprofesionalita v komunikaci a pomalost Creditas úplně vyřazuje z trhu. Pobočky jsou nediskrétní. A co nejhůř. Neexistuje v současné době na celém českém trhu banka s příšernějším internetovým bankovnictvím. Nepřehledné. Například i nejjednodušší záležitost jako převod peněz mezi dvěma účty u Creditas je udělaná tak složitě, že bez nějaké prapodivně skryté autorizace nepřevedete nic. Buď se neukáže transakce k potvrzení, a nebo když se po několikátem přihlášení podaří nějak autorizaci do výpisu k potvrzení dostat, tak kliknete na Potvrdit a ono to neudělá nic. Výpisy jsou na neuměrné množství kliků. Tragické UX a graficky přeplácaný paskvil to všechno ještě násobí. Co nejdříve ruším účet a nedoporučuji si nějaký zakládat. And worst of all. There is currently no bank with more terrible internet banking on the entire Czech market. Unclear. For example, even the simplest matter such as transferring money between two accounts with Creditas is done so complicated that without some strangely hidden authorization, you will not transfer anything. Either the transaction will not be displayed for confirmation, or if, after several logins, the authorization can somehow be sent to the statement for confirmation, then click on Confirm and it will do nothing. The listings are for a disproportionate number of clicks. Tragic UX and graphically overpaid paskvil multiply it all even more. I cancel my account as soon as possible and do not recommend opening one.
