★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant, incompetent, giving "advantageous offers", which are convenient only for them - and you will loose thousands of crowns. Check carefully everything you sign, as some of these "offers" are already implicitly included and the boxes crossed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be careful when using their cash machines as a foreigner. When withdrawing money, it asks you if you want to be billed in your home currency. If you say yes, there is a fee (a percentage of the money withdrawn). This can quickly become very expensive. This process is unfortunately legal, in my opinion it is FRAUDULENT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the best branch of this bank! Never waiting longer than 5 mins (even on evening time), solve all problems, explain you everything and everyone speaking good English ? ? with any request I'm coming here
However, I'm quite disappointed in the service of this bank (in other branches). The one next to my home is always lost about their services, they don't know how to do basic bank statement or confirmations, never has a relevant information. So I should do all the way to city center to this branch
