So far only the best experience. I used to arrange car insurance myself and take out insurance according to the mileage and without additional windshield insurance, which worked out nicely for me. This time I used the services of the company and its consultants, together we compared the products on the market, I chose a cheaper insurance than the current and even incl. additional windshield insurance, without having to deal with how many km I pour per insurance period. Thanks to her, I also managed to terminate the original insurance. Thank you for your help and advice!

They called about a new insurance policy, they sent a draft contract, I sent them the existing notice and that they would arrange it, when one colleague wrote that he was handing it over to the insurance company and his colleague wrote a moment about it, that I sent it late. It is therefore agreed that the old contract will continue and the new one will not be made. Behold, after two months an e-mail has arrived that the insurance company terminated the old contract yesterday. The new one was not closed. So far, the first bad experience, the previous one was fine, we'll see in the future.

Klik.cz offered me a slightly lower price than my insurance company, in the end the offer came about 120 CZK higher than was announced by phone and the comparison showed that they entered a 10,000 lower insurance line and cut assistance and other services, so the new contract does not pay off. Subsequently, despite the information sent to me that I was withdrawing from the contract, I received 4 emails and 2 SMS from Klilk.cz and the insurance company with a request for payment. Be careful what you confirm to them over the phone.

I don't like those who call and offer everything, present themselves as Top and are incredibly intrusive. I don't like these companies, whatever they are. Honestly, most of the time I don't even let them arrange and I put tlf. I just wanted to compare prices, compared to the old insurance, because the price kept rising, with no crashes, scratches and bonuses anywhere. I was surprised at how the gentleman presented himself, how willing he was without intrusion, I didn't have much time and we agreed on another day, hour ... in a moment I had an offer that matched the original one and saved almost 2,000 a year. Everything explained in detail and great satisfaction for me. So I give 5 stars and thank you.

They arranged a new compulsory insurance policy for me and did not cancel the old one. When I called them, they told me that I had not sent them the basis for canceling the old insurance policy and that they had a lot of clients and could not guard everything. They should have alerted me to this, because they received the documents to conclude a new contract and it was very easy to find out that something was missing, ridiculous. After all, these services are for you to take care of everything for you and it is a matter of course to terminate the previous insurance, it would then make no sense to turn to such services, so it never occurred to me that this could happen! Currently, I have two insurance policies for one car, and when I wanted to terminate with the former insurance company, they did not approve the proposal to terminate. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! It's vulgarity and poor customer service! Obviously according to the reviews I'm not alone to whom they did this .......... I don't know what to think? Answer: Please, I tried to solve the matter myself according to the legal acts and I resigned from my existing insurance company, but they did not approve it to me, it is clearly written in my review! You're defending yourself here with something that doesn't make sense, because you have nothing. Here, it was simply a mistake on your part that if you did not receive the basis for the termination of the existing insurance company, then you should have warned me when you started a new insurance policy, if you are trying to act here as a serious company !! disassemble.
