★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pokud chcete žít v zahraničí a nechat si český účet, určitě ne tady. Neschopnost a neochota cokoli řešit telefonicky a emailem. Není možné upravit limity pokud se nedostavite na pobočku. Platební karta téměř nikde v usa nefunguje a svádí to na jejich špatné terminály.
 If you want to live abroad and keep a Czech account, certainly not here. Inability and unwillingness to solve anything by phone and email. It is not possible to adjust the limits unless you arrive at the branch. A credit card doesn't work anywhere in the US, and it's blaming their bad terminals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nedoporučuji tuto banku. Při zakládání produktů mi nebyly sděleny všechny důležité skutečnosti, i když byl na ně vznesen dotaz. Problémy se zrušením produktů. Při řešení problémů měli zpátky zavolat, nevolali. Takže komunikace nula. Prakticky nic nejde udělat v internetovém bankovnictví. Raději běžte k AirBank! Jediné plus je, že na pobočce nikdy nikdo není.
I absolutely do not recommend this bank. When I set up the products, not all the important facts were communicated to me, even though a question was asked about them. Product cancellation issues. They had to call back when solving problems, they didn't call. So communication is zero. Virtually nothing can be done in internet banking. You better go to AirBank! The only plus is that there is never anyone at the branch.
